Offers a therapeutic/residential setting for students ages 12-21 with classifications of autism, emotional disturbance, or health impairment. Westbrook Preparatory School is the first residential New York State Regents junior/senior high school for students with Asperger syndrome, high functioning autism and related conditions who require intensive support in a year-round school setting. Offers a therapeutic, residential experience integrated with an academic program individually attuned to each student’s unique strengths and challenges. Teaches independence while preparing them for post-secondary education, employment and life in the community. Day students may be referred by their school districts.

Provides comprehensive rehabilitation services consisting of diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic services to children with known or suspected disabilities. Center also supports the Regional Perinatal Center of WNY, and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Western New York that has the full scope of pediatric subspecialists required to operate a Level III NICU. Each center or program is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of specialists specifically selected to meet patients' needs. Services are family focused and provided in conjunction with pediatricians and community resources. Clinics offered include: Motor Clinic, Spina Bifida Clinic, Spasticity Clinic, Early Neurodevelopmental Clinic, Comprehensive Developmental Clinic, Feeding Disorders Clinic, Down Syndrome Program, Speech and Hearing Program, Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Adaptive Seating Program and Aquatic Therapy.
