Provides psychological consultations and evaluations through interviewing, assessments, testing, and observation by a psychologist. Services include academic assessments, memory testing, court-ordered mental health evaluations, and assessments for emotional, behaviors, adaptive, social, and intellectual functioning.
Provides state-of-the art evidence-based psychological treatments (cognitive behavioral therapy) for individuals suffering from anxiety and/or depression. The Center also provides a thorough diagnostic evaluation to assess current symptoms which includes a detailed interview conducted by a clinician as well as the administration of self-report questionnaires. Also the center will conduct research on the nature and treatment of anxiety and depression. Problems Treated at the Anxiety and Depression Program include: Panic Disorder; Generalized Anxiety Disorder; Specific Phobia; Social Anxiety; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Depression.
