Delivers short-term patient centered care (up to 23 hours, 59 minutes) by an interdisciplinary team focusing on early intervention and crisis resolution. Offers rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, a sobering unit and case management with referrals to longer term outpatient services or a more acute level of care.
