Advocacy, shelter, support groups, individual support, 24-Hour Hotline, One-On-One chat sessions Mon-Fri 8:00 am-8:00 pm through website, information and referrals, training and education, teen dating violence curriculum, accompaniment, children's services in shelter, a program designed for Latina victims of domestic violence El Abrazo de mis Hermanas - My Sister's Embrace.

Provides a 24 hour clinician-staffed telephone support and outreach intervention to anyone in Orange county in need of emotional support or crisis intervention.

Provides around-the-clock support and services to youth in crisis under the age of 18 and their families or caretakers. Mental health professionals will answer questions and concerns by phone and/or meeting with a youth and their parent/caretaker in their community or home. Program is meant to support families in resolving crisis situations in the home or community and help prevent future crises. An effective crisis plan will be developed with the family.

Provides crisis intervention and support services to survivors of sexual assault and their families. Services include a 24-hour hotline; crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others; short-term counseling; support through medical examinations and treatment; advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement; court accompaniment; individual consultations with professionals; community education programs; professional training programs; and referrals for additional needed services.

Provides 24 hour crisis intervention and supportive counseling to all callers in Chautauqua County. Serves as the local connection for National Suicide Prevention Hotline. Additional services include: specialized Kids' Helpline and access to mobile teams.

Program provides crisis phone intervention, support, and referrals to anyone who is going through a crisis. Mobile Crisis Team may be activated for individuals who are at heightened risk and provides on-site assessment and intervention services at homes, schools, and within the community to adults, teens and children in various stages of crisis in order to prevent psychiatric hospitalization by linking and/or re-linking individuals with necessary services, including Community Crisis Intervention services, Hospital Diversion, and others which provide the individual with stability. Participates in the 9-8-8 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Anyone who calls 9-8-8 from Niagara County will be connected with Niagara County Crisis Services.

Serves survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence ages 16 and older and their dependent children. Anyone feeling unsafe in a relationship can call or chat using the confidential hotline, operated by trained, compassionate staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and support. Services provided include confidential domestic violence shelter, supportive counseling, legal and court advocacy, assistance obtaining orders of protection, safety planning, parenting after violence service, education and support groups, transitional housing, and rapid rehousing. This series uses a trauma-informed care model in a group setting to cover parenting issues and symptomology related to custody, separation/divorce, co-parenting, parallel parenting, foster care placements, etc. Also provides community trainings to inform and educate Western New Yorkers to recognize the signs of domestic violence and to better understand different forms of abuse. Provides on-call telephone consultation and emergency assessments from crisis workers after hours, when the main line for Mental Health Services isn't staffed. Crisis Services are available throughout the day by contacting Mental Health Services directly.

The Mobile Crisis Team is a team of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Support Staff, and Peer / Family Advocates available to any Chautauqua County resident experiencing a mental health crisis or distress during non-business hours. The Mobile Crisis Team provides access to Licensed Mental Health Professionals for telephone and/or face to face mental health assessment and crisis intervention, resolution of crisis in the least restrictive setting and least intrusive manner possible, prevention of unnecessary emergency department (ED) visits, and linkage to appropriate community mental health resources for ongoing treatment and stabilization. Monitoring services are also provided for up to 72 hours for individuals who have been released from mental health hospital stays. Also offers mental health training for community organizations and mental health professionals.

Offers a 24-hour crisis intervention hotline providing advocacy at all hours for victims of sexual assault. Programming also includes transportation, court accompaniment and preparation, individual and group counseling, community education, primary prevention, crime victim compensation assistance through NYS Office of Victim Services, and outreach to rural victims of sexual assault.

A free, confidential, nationwide resource, available 24/7, that connects Veterans in crisis and their loved ones with specially trained crisis responders. Veterans don't have to be enrolled in VA benefits or health care to connect with crisis support. Veterans Crisis Line responders provide continuing care after the call via chat or text, and can refer Veterans to a local suicide prevention coordinator (SPC). Available in each VA medical center across the country, SPCs can connect Veterans to the counseling and services they need. Responders can also help active-duty service members and their loved ones through the Military Crisis Line; see Intake for details. Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and support, enabling clients to make informed choices concerning medical, legal, and counseling needs, while offering advocacy and information about their rights. Counselors offer short-term counseling (6-8 sessions); medical, legal, and court accompaniment; crisis intervention for sexual assault survivors and their significant others; support through medical examinations and treatment; advocacy and support during interaction with law enforcement; individual consultations with professionals; community education programs; professional training programs; and referrals for additional needed services. Serves as the point of contact for domestic violence shelter placement in Wyoming County. Offers a full range of informational services which is provided by the Information, Resource, and Referral Services Unit to all residents of Nassau County; including immediate crisis and emergency intervention. That includes: Child or elder abuse; Domestic violence; Employment; Food stamps; Fuel services; Homelessness and Medicaid. Staff is available by phone Mondays to Fridays during the hours of 9am to 4:45pm. Walk-ins are welcome Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 4pm. Emergency services are available at night from 6 pm to 8 am on weekdays, and on weekends and holidays by calling 516-573-8626 and provide services. Survivor hotline is available to survivors, their families, and allies who need a sympathetic person to talk to-often when therapeutic services are unavailable. The hotline is answered by survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Does not accept tips.

Offers 24 hour, 7 day a week counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals for youth in Nassau County who have run away, are thinking about running away, or have no home to return to. All services are free and confidential. Referrals to emergency shelters as well as advocacy.

Provides protective service to impaired adults living in the community with unmet needs and who have no one to assist them. Also receives and responds to all reports of children who are abused, abandoned, or neglected, and carries out the statutory mandates of protecting children and providing rehabilitative services to families.
