Offers the following services: Domestic violence referrals; Emergency fuel referrals; Referrals for suspected child abuse; Referrals to appropriate community agencies, if warranted; Referrals to emergency temporary housing and Several of these program components have eligibility guidelines. Provides crisis counseling hotline service to people of all ages who need help with suicide prevention, mental health, and drug/alcohol related information, referrals, and counseling. This free, confidential service also provides back-up support for ongoing Reach clients.

The National Human Trafficking Hotline connects victims and survivors of sex and labor trafficking with services and supports to get help and stay safe. The Trafficking Hotline also receives tips about potential situations of sex and labor trafficking and facilitates reporting that information to the appropriate authorities in certain cases. The toll-free phone and SMS text lines and live online chat function are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Help is available in English or Spanish, or in more than 200 additional languages through an on-call interpreter.

Protects civil rights and offers legal assistance to lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and everyone living with HIV.

Newcomers Resource Center an FCA program that will provide immigrants and refugees with a broad array of case management short term counseling, family support, child care and easy access for legal help with critical immigrant concerns, both English and Spanish.

Provides telephone outreach on behalf of family and friends concerned about a person who might be depressed and/or suicidal. Counselors will contact the potentially suicidal client to offer counseling, assess the situation, and offer appropriate assistance and referrals.

* Provides services to youth that have runaway from home that include: Case management. Family mediation. Resource referral information. Educational support and advocacy.

* Investigates abuse, exploitation, neglect of children. Local and state child abuse hotline. Emergency placement of abused or neglected children. Access to foster care if required.

Offers free, confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24/7.

* Provides a national crisis intervention and suicide prevention Lifeline for LGBTQ youth.

Provides shelter for runaway and homeless youth ages 13 to 17 years for up to 60 days.

Provides support services including information, referral, advocacy, education, support, and programming to individuals living with Spina Bifida, their family members, and service providers.

* Provides crisis counseling for individuals dealing with rape, sexual assault/abuse, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, sexual harassment, and human trafficking.* Offers advocacy with other agencies and individuals.* Offers accompaniment to family and criminal court proceedings for people who are involved in domestic violence hearings.* Offers accompaniment to and advocacy with hospitals, the department of social services, law enforcement, and other agencies as needed.* Offers case management services related to housing, mental health, and educational needs. *Offers support groups and referral to long-term therapy for people who have been sexually assaulted.* Raises awareness and works towards the prevention of rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, incest, human trafficking, and domestic violence.* Offers education and presentations to schools, professional agencies, and the community on all topics related to agency services.

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, a free, 24/7 hotline providing mental health support, resources and information to anyone pregnant, postpartum, and their loved ones. The Hotline is funded by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration.

Provides a free, confidential, 24 hours mental health service for anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis. The mobile team can go anywhere in the community to evaluate and provide crisis intervention and referrals to services and agencies as required.

Offers 24 hour toll free helpline that promotes tolerance and provides support to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered youth.

Provides information in various formats, an e-newsletter and a lending library. Also offers referrals to other community resources. Also advocates on local, state and federal levels to pass laws against discrimination, hate crimes, to marry, etc.

New York State Domestic Violence 24 Hour Hotline is a confidential domestic violence hotline for crisis help, safety planning and emotional support, access to advocates in 170 languages through interpreter services, or help finding resources in your area including safe shelter, advocacy, counseling, and legal assistance.
