* Provides "Living Room" program for youth and adults experiencing crisis, as an alternative to psychiatric emergency visits or hospital stays. Services include: Advocacy. Peer-to-peer groups and activities. Coordinating services, community resources and natural supports. Individualized support.* Provides services by Certified Peer Support Specialists who are self-identified as individuals who have first-hand experience with social, emotional, medical, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges.

* Provides assessment for mental health and substance abuse issues, including heroin or opioid addiction, other drug addictions, alcoholism, and mental health or emotional crises.* Determines level of care needed and links individuals to the appropriate level of care, including: Detox Overdose prevention Inpatient services Outpatient services Residential treatment Emergency care

* Offers substance use evaluations and treatment referrals to: Detox.Inpatient.Residential.Outpatient.* Coordinates transportation to the treatment facility. * Provides lived experience through peer support. * Provides education and information as well asNarcan training and kits.

* Provides adults with walk-in support for urgent mental health and substance use issues, including: Opioid use and other substance use issues Self-harm Unable to follow up with Mental Health Provider Relationship Problems Depression Anxiety* Provides mobile services for certain individuals.
