Services include: - Treatment and medication treatment services for a variety of mental health and substance use disorders - Targeted case management - Evidence-based therapies including DBT, PCIT, and TF-CBT

Provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS). All services are strictly confidential. The Downtown Buffalo facility is located in the northeast corner suite of the first floor of the historic Ellicott Square Building. Provides home-bound older adults having a history of serious/chronic mental illness with a link to the appropriate medical and social services within the community. The goal is to delay or prevent hospitalization. Nurse will make house calls.

A trauma informed clinic that offers outpatient assessment, counseling, and psychiatric services for children and adults. Licensed counselors provide support in addressing issues including trauma, depression, anger management difficulties, school difficulties, attachment disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, self-abuse, suicidal thoughts and actions, grief and loss, and oppositional defiant behaviors.

Provides supportive case management services to adults and children that are severely and persistently mentally ill. The goal of the program is to assist mentally ill individuals in accessing services needed to enhance their quality of life while allowing them to be part of the community at the most productive level possible for that individual. This program utilizes a wrap-around model of service delivery designed specifically for children and adults to assist with linking individuals and families to formal and informal supports and services in the community. Case management can help in the area of living arrangements, physical health needs, mental health needs, economic needs, vocational/educational needs, social functioning, family functioning, self-care needs, self-direction, and substance abuse.

Provides child sexual abuse treatment for victims, their families and the offenders. Each family is assigned a therapist who is specially trained to work with families in which sexual abuse has occurred. Individual, group and family therapy is provided.

Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals ages 18 years and older.

Provides supervision of juveniles and adults who have been sentenced to probation including electronic monitoring and overseeing restitution payments. Offers juvenile diversion counseling and programming. The department also prepares pre-sentence investigations/reports for criminal and family courts as ordered by the courts.

Serves women who have been trapped by the oppression of human trafficking in a safe and secure residential environment at no cost to the survivor.

To assist with readjustment and transition home through a multi-disciplinary approach in a timely, respectful, collaborative manner. The team will provide care coordination, specialized assistance and individualized services for military personnel and their families during this adjustment process, in all stages of deployment. Provide care management services which include but are not limited to psychoeducation, address readjustment issues, coordination of health care needs, provision of informational resources, support to family members, and address grief and loss issues. ##Veteran##

Coordinates efforts of VA professionals from various clinics and departments including eye clinic, low vision rehab, primary care, veterans benefits and others organized by the VIST coordinator to serve veterans with legal blindness, severe visual impairment and access disability. Coordinator provides case management services, prosthetic evaluations and training, adjustment to vision loss counseling, and linkage to resources and professional counseling. ##Veteran##

Provides services for children who have been sexually or physically abused, and their non offending caregivers. Works directly with law enforcement and child protective services to investigate allegations of child abuse. Offers facilities to conduct child interviews, medical exams, mental health counseling and after care in a child-friendly environment. Services available on a referral-basis only.

Provides medical care and emotional support for patients and their families coping with a terminal illness. Services include physician oversight, skilled nursing, social work, spiritual care, home health aides, and trained volunteers. Bereavement care and counseling is available after the death of a loved one.

Provides a full range of assessment and individual, family and group mental health therapies to adults. Included are dual recovery services that are provided in conjunction with area substance abuse treatment providers for individuals diagnosed with mental health and Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Also provides trauma care for individuals having mental health difficulties related to current and/or past abuse experiences, including victims, survivors, and offenders. Offers an Injection Clinic.

Provides support to men who are new or expectant fathers, as well as those needing to complete court-mandated parenting classes. Our free services to men include evidence-based, Broome County Family Court approved parenting classes, a one-on-one mentoring program, material resources, a supplemental "Doctor Dad" educational program for fathers, and an "Alternatives to Domestic Violence" program for men who have an assessed need.
