Programming also includes transportation, court accompaniment and preparation, individual and group counseling, community education, primary prevention, crime victim compensation assistance through NYS Office of Victim Services, and outreach to rural victims of sexual assault.

Offers outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services, including group and individual counseling, psychiatry, and medication assisted treatment. Staff is experienced in MICA and offers dual diagnosis services. Adolescent program for substance abuse and dependency available. Suboxone provider available on site, along with opiate specific services. Provides opiate overdose prevention training.

Provides general mental health counseling services as well as services for individuals with severe mental health illness. Counseling for women experiencing postpartum mood disorder or postpartum depression is available. Provides a 12 week anger management program. Offers specialized services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system, and provides comprehensive mental health and counseling services for individuals with a history of criminal behavior and their family members. Specific services include case management, individual/group counseling, psychiatric assessment/treatment, and treatment alternatives to incarceration. All clients receive individually contracted services. Offers outpatient addiction counseling for drug and alcohol abuse, as well as intensive treatment and treatment for co-occurring disorders and dual diagnosis. Offers a comprehensive array of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health (mental health) services using a multidisciplinary approach. Issues addressed include anxiety and depression, grief and loss, addictions, and all other mental health issues. Provides medication management services, staffed by registered nurses. Adult Continuing Day Treatment as well as inpatient care are offered five days a week.

Counselors help families, children, adults, and seniors with day-to-day troubles and serious concerns by helping to pinpoint the problem and use strengths to select a solution-focused strategy that best fits the individual situation. Services include: Youth/Adult Counseling, Individual and Family Counseling, School Intervention Services, Multi-Systemic Therapy Services, and Emergency Relief Assistance and Advocacy. Also provides Our Kids Awareness and Education Program for separating/divorcing parents. Topics covered include the impact of separation/divorce on children, cooperative and parallel approaches to co-parenting, legal issues related to custody and/or access, alternatives to litigation, methods of communication, and problem-solving.

Provides a fun, interactive space for parents/caregivers to play with their children, connect with other caregivers, receive parenting support, and gain strategies and tools to address a variety of parenting challenges and improve communication with their children. Family Enrichment: Works to strengthen caregiver/child bonds and improve early childhood development through play, family engagement, and early literacy skills. Provides tools and strategies to address a variety of parenting challenges. Offers complete primary medical and dental care for the entire family. Services include pre-health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing, COVID-19 testing, complete lab services, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, full dental care, personalized education about chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefit Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies. Provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Provides assessment and supportive counseling to assist individuals to maintain mental and emotional stability, remain safely in the community, and avoid hospitalization.

Provides evaluations for magnifiers, reading glasses, telescopes (to see distance), assistive aids, CCTV's lighting, etc., and sun glasses to help control glare. Teaches techniques/strategies to accomplish things such as cooking, home management, training, and using computer adaptive technology. Also provide support groups, benefits advisement, adjustment counseling, and residential blind rehab programs. ##Veteran##

Coordinates with the Chautauqua County Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team to respond to child physical and sexual abuse cases to reduce trauma to children and non-offending family members and stewards of children. Offers a prevention and response training for adults. Provides trauma counseling and problematic sexual behavior counseling for children 17 and under.
