The Empower program provides services to youth in foster care that are at risk of, or have been victims of exploitation and/or complex sexual trauma that require residential and supportive services. The program accepts adolescent girls and transgender youth ages 11-21.

PINS provides a diversion program for youth who have become involved with the law due to at risk behaviors or becoming arrested for minor crimes.

Provides specialized clinical treatment for adults who are experiencing emotional problems and setbacks. Outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy and psychiatric services as well as case management. Groups include Dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills, medication management, and other short term groups as needed.

Offers a 24-hour crisis intervention hotline providing advocacy at all hours for victims of sexual assault. Programming also includes transportation, court accompaniment and preparation, individual and group counseling, community education, primary prevention, crime victim compensation assistance through NYS Office of Victim Services, and outreach to rural victims of sexual assault.

Coordinates with the Chautauqua County Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Team to respond to child physical and sexual abuse cases to reduce trauma to children and non-offending family members and stewards of children. Offers a prevention and response training for adults. Provides trauma counseling and problematic sexual behavior counseling for children 17 and under.

Provides the following Clinical Services: Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Psychology/Evaluation/Diagnosis.

Licensed clinical social workers and licensed mental health counselors work closely with clients through short-term counseling and can provide connection to long-term treatment services when needed.

Provides mental health counseling for the elderly at home. Counseling is provided via telehealth using Zoom and Doxy.
