Offers individual and group counseling and advocacy to those who have been victims of domestic violence. Counseling is in English and Spanish.

Ensures that all aspects of a youth's care including medical, behavioral health, social services and more are properly coordinated to support the health and wellness goals of the child and the family. Services incorporate comprehensive care management, care coordination and health promotion, through transitional care and individual and family support.

Provides protective service to impaired adults living in the community with unmet needs and who have no one to assist them. Also receives and responds to all reports of children who are abused, abandoned, or neglected, and carries out the statutory mandates of protecting children and providing rehabilitative services to families.

Provides case management for individuals with severe mental illness, helping to coordinate their medical and mental health care needs.

The CASA program provides advocacy for youth and adolescents who are in family court proceedings involving abuse and/or neglect. Volunteers complete a 30 hour training followed by 12 hours of continuing education yearly to work with this vulnerable population. The goal is to achieve safe, permanent homes for the children/youth. A supervised visitation program provides visitations in the community to participants in the Rockland Family Treatment Court. Home studies are conducted for custody and visitation cases ordered by Rockland Family Court judges.

Provides 8 week group counseling sessions twice a year for persons with multiple sclerosis and for their family.

An outpatient treatment center offering: assessments, psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ancillary withdrawal (suboxone induction & maintenance.) along with outpatient individual and group treatment services for adults, young adults/adolescents and significant others/family members. Specialized programs include but are not limited to: women, co-occurring disorders, DWI's, criminal justice population, domestic violence and young adults/adolescents.

Offers various modes of counseling for individuals, couples families, youth, etc on various life situations.

For widows, widowers, or those who have lost parents, relatives or significant others. Call for information.

Provides limited emergency food (no perishables) and referrals to emergency shelters (cost is shared with other agencies if necessary). Also provides financial assistance to the immediate parish families only when needed. Investigates reports of child abuse and/or maltreatment of children under age 18 within 24 hours of receipt of a report.

Provides parenting education, support groups, outreach, and activities to people who are raising the child or children of a relative in Ulster County. Parenting a second time around workshops available throughout the year. RAPP Kidz Club is for children ages five and up being raised by a relative that reside in Ulster County.

Provides outpatient clinics for individuals diagnosed with mental or emotional disorders, phobias, depression, marriage counseling, etc.

Offer intensive case management and support for people with severe and continuing mental health problems, especially individuals with many hospitalizations, and who need help taking medication or following a prescription, finding a place to live or using work and other support services.

Provides short-term inpatient rehabilitation, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, for individuals requiring extra care after hospitalization due to surgery, illness, injury or disability.

Provides a variety of treatment programs and related outpatient services for children and adolescents who have moderate to severe emotional problems. Includes programs for children of divorce, OCD (obsessive/compulsive disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperacivity Disorder) , and social skills building.

Designed to educate divorcing or separating parents on the impact of their breakup on their children. Teaches techniques to reduce the stress of family changes and protect children from the negative effects of ongoing conflict in order to foster and promote childrens healthy adjustment and development. Addresses four topics: Creating and Maintaining Supportive Parent-Child Relationships Providing a Stable, Supportive Home Environment Maintaining Healthy Parental Functioning and Psychological Well-Being and Protecting Children from Ongoing Conflict Between Parents. Provides support for spouses and adult children who have experienced the death of a loved-one within the past year. Meets for eight consecutive weeks in March and September, at the Women's Center room, Huntington Hospital. Please call for specific dates.

Provides a year round overnight recreation, social service and rehabilitation program for blind and visually impaired teens (18+), adults, and senior citizens and families with one or more members of any age who are visually impaired. Provides a discrete health clinic for teens, school and sport physicals, treatment for sports injuries, STD screening, birth control, pregnancy testing, and confidential counseling and discussion of personal issues.
