Residential Clinical Treatment Program for boys, NYSE Certified 853 School Program on campus that does accept student placement. All residents 14 and up participate in an independent living skills curriculum. Offers an on-campus special education school (Grove Street Academy).

Provides a community residence for children who are experiencing mental health and/or behavioral issues. Focuses on improving self-esteem, self-management of behavior, and skill development.

Provides adolescents who are in the custody of their local Department of Social Services with short and long term residential placement. Focuses on individual clinical goals, their behavior, and healing from past trauma.

Provides diagnostic services, special education, small therapeutic group living, individual, family, group therapy, and recreational therapy. Allows long-term placement in main facility for girls 12 to 17 years. Offers trauma informed gender responsive care specific to the unique needs and issues of adolescent girls. Located in a campus setting, the residence provides 24-hour residential care and a wide range of therapeutic services to support the girls and their families in their emotional, behavioral and social healing and growth. The program responds to a variety of behaviors typically displayed by girls including; truancy, school anxiety, mental health issues of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-directed violence, peer conflicts, family discord, sexual exploitation and runaway behaviors and trauma. The youth in residence attend the Madonna Heights School, a fully accredited New York State Regents junior/senior high school located on the same campus. The Group Residence offers traditional residential placements, short term 30-90 day placements and diagnostic placements.

Provides residential treatment for youth ages 12 to 21 years.

Provides separate adult, adolescent and family treatment facilities with specialized recovery programs on inpatient basis. Uses AA principles, includes individual and family treatment, provided on voluntary basis; networks AA contact, outpatient services, and halfway house placement for clients from outlying areas.

Assists in developing socially appropriate levels of functioning in decision making, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, independent living skills, and improved family and peer relationships.

Provides an institutional level of care for children who have had negative life experiences and have been identified as hard to place.

St. Mary's Behavioral Health Services offers information on adult and children's psychiatric evaluations. The St. Mary's Children's Mental Health Clinic provides outpatient mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children up to 18 years of age and their families who reside in Fulton, Montgomery and Hamilton counties. Limited evening and and Saturday appointments may be available upon request. St. Mary's Emergency Services provides 24-hour-contact with mental health services including emergency telephone counseling. Other services include in-person evaluations, intervention and assessment.

Institutionalized residential treatment for socially and emotionally handicapped boys ages 12-17 and high-school age girls. On-campus school, recreation and work-experience program. Professional social workers and psychologists provide regular treatment through individual counseling and therapeutic groups.Current capacity is 189 beds: 68 "critical care" beds in the boys' hard-to-place program 24 "critical care" beds in the girls' hard-to-place program 12 beds for sex offenders 27 beds for youth dually diagnosed with intellectual disability and emotional disturbance 24 beds in intermediate care-for boys who have been successful in Critical Care or the offender treatment program and for whom the focus can be changed to transitioning out of residential care 18 (9 boys, 9 girls) beds in intensive residential substance abuse program 16 (boys) "Raise the Age" program for older boys who would formerly have been treated as adults

217 Delaware Ave community residence is actually 2 programs in one building. The one level is for adolescents who require trauma informed treatment and permanency planning while residing in a safe setting. The goal is to maintain as many community connections as possible, i.e. school, family, spiritual life, etc. The residents stay for the necessary time to reach their goals, so this is can be either short term or long term depending on the situation. Each resident has an individual plan and individual goals. The other level and program is a semi independent living program designed to assist youth in care to receive the benefits of care while practicing to be on their own. These 18-21 year old youth are supported in finishing school, trade school, finding employment, budgeting, and food shopping, maintaining their environment, and developing social skills. This co-ed group home with ten total beds is located in the City of Albany. 217 Delaware Ave also offers emergency admissions for children of all ages. These admissions are on a more short term basis. They stay at the Delaware Ave location while a more long term plan can be developed.

Provides residential treatment services to children and adolescents who suffer serious emotional difficulties 5 to 17 years of age in five homes in Nassau and Suffolk Counties(Bethpage, Farmingdale, Islip, Manorville, and Plainview). Services include counseling, daily living skills, education/vocational support, socialization, family support groups, and family therapy.

Provides a highly structured, nurturing, corrective experience for males, ages 12-16, who have serious adjustment difficulties. Assists in educational, social and coping skills for reunification with family and community. Special programs for hard to place juvenile delinquents.

Provides females (age 12-18, 7th-12th grade) a residence which offers education, psychiatry, full medical and dental, substance abuse counseling, individual and group counseling, and adventure based programs. The Day School offers education, counseling (group and individual), and adventure based programs.

Residential program for youth requiring therapeutic and educational support, provides intense counseling and behavior modification to help further each resident to live as independently as possible.

Provides a licensed residential treatment facility for adolescents with severe psychiatric conditions. Services includes an open setting with intensive therapy for the child, with special education, pharmacotherapy, and vocational training. Group and family psychotherapy is also part of the program.
