Residential and home services to adults and children with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness, including respite services, supervised congregate care, and family care. Transportation is available for Family Care and IRA. Supportive Apartments are available to those individuals with developmental disabilities ages 18+.

Highly structured, therapeutic environment for children and youth who have experienced trauma or emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges. Individualized treatment includes counseling, therapeutic recreation, life skills development, medical and psychiatric services, and family reunification/permanency planning. Randolph Academy UFSD (Randolph Campus) is located on-grounds and offers special education services.

Residential treatment for boys and girls emphasizing a family-centered approach to treatment planning and services. Individualized treatment services include individual, group, and family counseling; education on campus and in community; psychiatric, psychological, medical, dental and religious services; activities and community involvement.

Offers a residential treatment facility for adolescents with emotional disturbance, learning disabilities or behavior which necessitates a residential treatment and school.

Provides residential care for troubled boys in foster care or who have committed minor offenses. The program provides structure, therapy and support designed to help youth stabilize and return to the community successfully.

Provides a residential treatment center for children with emotional, behavioral or mental difficulties. Treatment utilizes a multi-disciplinary team to build on a child's abilities and strengths, and empowers families to be active collaborators in treatment. There is an on-site learning center for children in the residential program where they receive intensive, individualized education in small classes for reading, language arts, social studies, science, math, health, and social skills, along with art, music, library, computer instruction, physical education, and other recreational and outdoor activities to help build new skills, self esteem, and confidence.

Provides residential care to youth under the age of 18 ensuring that each youth receives the medical, psychological, and psychiatric services and care they need. Residents attend the campus school, use the Literary Center, and participate in recreational activities. Other services designed for youth that have treatment needs requiring specialized clinical interventions are offered as needed. Residents are expected to have regular family contact and visits, and Elmcrest assists with transportation to and from some visits.

Provides a residential treatment center for children and adolescents who have a wide variety of emotional problems. Offers a comprehensive treatment, educations and supervised living program, which includes family involvement.

Offers residential services to children and adolescents with autism and/or developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities or multiple disabilities. Staffed by counselors, supervisors, nurses, psychologist, social worker and recreation coordinator. Promotes independence and accountability through informed choices while stressing on communication skills, personal hygiene and grooming, domestic skills, effective use of leisure time and family and community living and socialization.

Co-ed residential treatment center which cares for children with emotional and cognitive difficulties. Focuses on teaching residents life skills and preparing them to return to the community.

Provides therapeutic services in a home-like atmosphere for adolescent boys ages 12 to 18 years while they attend Watertown City School District and their parents are provided an advocate.

Provides separate adult, adolescent and family treatment facilities with specialized recovery programs on inpatient basis. Uses AA principles, includes individual and family treatment, provided on voluntary basis; networks AA contact, outpatient services, and halfway house placement for clients from outlying areas.
