Provides diagnostic services, special education, small therapeutic group living, individual, family, group therapy, and recreational therapy. Allows long-term placement in main facility for girls 12 to 17 years. Offers trauma informed gender responsive care specific to the unique needs and issues of adolescent girls. Located in a campus setting, the residence provides 24-hour residential care and a wide range of therapeutic services to support the girls and their families in their emotional, behavioral and social healing and growth. The program responds to a variety of behaviors typically displayed by girls including; truancy, school anxiety, mental health issues of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-directed violence, peer conflicts, family discord, sexual exploitation and runaway behaviors and trauma. The youth in residence attend the Madonna Heights School, a fully accredited New York State Regents junior/senior high school located on the same campus. The Group Residence offers traditional residential placements, short term 30-90 day placements and diagnostic placements.

* Provides a comprehensive educational and residential facility for those being diagnosed with severe behavioral and developmental disabilities and/or with co-occurring psychiatric disorders.
* Provides a home-like community based residential setting designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. 24-hour on-site supervision and habilitation services by fully trained staff. Medication is given in the homes by Approved Medication Assistive Personnel (AMAP) certified staff. An individualized plan to help the individual reach his/ her goals and reach greater independence is developed and implemented by the resident and team. Program activities focus on daily living skills such as recreation, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, money management, and community outreach skills.

Offers a residential education and treatment center for youth who have been abused, neglected or in other dangerous situations at home. The emphasis is on the development of a therapeutic, mentoring and normalizing culture. Many of the youth are placed in foster homes, but helping the child maintain connections with their family, and building new ones with the foster family are emphasized.
