Foster parent receives daily stipend; clothing allowance; and medical, dental, and orthodontic coverage for children in their home. Can be matched with children ranging from birth through age 21 yrs, including pregnant teens.

Professional social workers and psychologists provide regular treatment through individual counseling and therapeutic groups.Current capacity is 189 beds: 68 "critical care" beds in the boys' hard-to-place program 24 "critical care" beds in the girls' hard-to-place program 12 beds for sex offenders 27 beds for youth dually diagnosed with intellectual disability and emotional disturbance 24 beds in intermediate care-for boys who have been successful in Critical Care or the offender treatment program and for whom the focus can be changed to transitioning out of residential care 18 (9 boys, 9 girls) beds in intensive residential substance abuse program 16 (boys) "Raise the Age" program for older boys who would formerly have been treated as adults
