Provides a 10-bed facility with 24 hour oversight and support for adults with an Axis 1 of severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who are unable to live independently. Provides training and assistance in the skills of daily living.

* Provides residential treatment to children with behavioral and emotional challenges and their families by combining a highly structured therapeutic group living experience with family centered treatment.

Offers residential services utilizing the rehabilitation process, which include training and support with daily living skills, symptom management, socialization, and meaningful daily activities. Provides case management services to integrate into the community and resources to promote mental health.

Provides holistic, strength-based mental health services in collaboration with youth and families to support the goal of safe reunification in the community. Together, youth and family members establish, learn, and practice skills and engage in therapeutic processes to heal from traumatic experiences and regain hope.

Provides a residential program for men who have a mental illness and an addictions. Assists with skill building for maintaining sobriety, developing a community support network (AA,NA,ACOA), personal self-care and positive social relationships.

Offers a rehabilitation program in two congregate care settings. Provide a structured and supportive environment for individuals who are currently unable to maintain themselves independently due to complications managing a dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance abuse.

Provides inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults. Offers an outpatient treatment which includes crisis services for children, adolescents, or adults in need of emergency or urgent psychiatric assistance. Provides a children and youth outpatient clinic, adult clinic and residential services.

Provides long-term care for youth with a primary psychiatric diagnosis including mood, thought, conduct, and personality disorders.

Provides intermediate to long-term behavioral care for youth who are chronic trauma survivors.

Provides adolescents who are in the custody of their local Department of Social Services with short and long term residential placement. Focuses on individual clinical goals, their behavior, and healing from past trauma.

* Provides day school (Pre-K through 12th grade) education and residential programs for deaf and hard of hearing youth.

Creates safe, secure 24-hr setting for 48 boys and girls (7-17 yrs) who are exhibiting a level of social and/or emotional disturbances which warrants a supervised treatment setting.

* Offers community-based living for adults who have emotional disturbances but who do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization with the goal of transitioning them to viable lives within the community.

Provides diagnostic services, special education, small therapeutic group living, individual, family, group therapy, and recreational therapy. Allows long-term placement in main facility for girls 12 to 17 years. Offers trauma informed gender responsive care specific to the unique needs and issues of adolescent girls. Located in a campus setting, the residence provides 24-hour residential care and a wide range of therapeutic services to support the girls and their families in their emotional, behavioral and social healing and growth. The program responds to a variety of behaviors typically displayed by girls including; truancy, school anxiety, mental health issues of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-directed violence, peer conflicts, family discord, sexual exploitation and runaway behaviors and trauma. The youth in residence attend the Madonna Heights School, a fully accredited New York State Regents junior/senior high school located on the same campus. The Group Residence offers traditional residential placements, short term 30-90 day placements and diagnostic placements.

Rockland Hospital Guild provides residential programs for adults with hearing impairments and mental illness.

Provides holistic, strength-based mental health services in collaboration with youth and families to support the goal of safe reunification in the community. * Provides a comprehensive educational and residential facility for those being diagnosed with severe behavioral and developmental disabilities and/or with co-occurring psychiatric disorders.

* Provides a home-like community based residential setting designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. 24-hour on-site supervision and habilitation services by fully trained staff. Medication is given in the homes by Approved Medication Assistive Personnel (AMAP) certified staff. An individualized plan to help the individual reach his/ her goals and reach greater independence is developed and implemented by the resident and team. Program activities focus on daily living skills such as recreation, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, money management, and community outreach skills.

Offers a residential education and treatment center for youth who have been abused, neglected or in other dangerous situations at home. The emphasis is on the development of a therapeutic, mentoring and normalizing culture. Many of the youth are placed in foster homes, but helping the child maintain connections with their family, and building new ones with the foster family are emphasized.

Offer a residential facility for individuals with a psychiatric disability in Elmont, Valley Stream and Wantagh.

Provides a short term(1-14 days) homelike environment to assist in stabilizing the crisis situation and to support the family and service providers to maintain the youth is his or her current residence.

Offers community-based living for adults who have emotional disturbances but who do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization with the goal of transitioning them to viable lives within the community. Living arrangements are either in one of the agency run Community Residences or in a private home Family Care Residence.

* Offers a 18 bed co-ed State Operated Community Residence. Individuals residing in the community must continue mental health care. Residents work to build skills that will enable them to live in a more independent setting.

* Provides 10-bed MICA community residence. When admitted to Venture House, residents are referred to treatment providers within the community to address their mental health and/or substance abuse needs. They are provided assistance and have ample opportunity to practice or regain independent living skills under staff instruction and supervision.
