* Provides multi disciplinary mental health services to children and adults, including: Individual, couples, and family therapy. Psychiatric evaluation. Medication management. Peer support and psychological rehabilitation. Treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, anger issues, OCD, panic attacks, and other mental health related concerns.* Provides a Same Day Access (walk-in services).

Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers are available in the community and integrated into existing services (ex: hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.) to support individuals on their positive pathways to behavioral health and wellness. Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.

Provides specialized clinical treatment for adults who are experiencing emotional problems and setbacks. Outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy and psychiatric services as well as case management. Groups include Dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills, medication management, and other short term groups as needed.

The Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides behavioral and mental health services. There is a waiting list for this service.

* Provides access to MOUD (Medications for Opiate Use Disorder) - Suboxone. * Offers overdose prevention training, overdose aftercare counseling, drug checking, and safety planning services. * Offers on-site free Narcan (naloxone) training and kit access. * Assists individuals with accessing other substance use treatment services. * Offers training to providers to ensure cultural comprehensiveness of services for medical, behavioral health, and substance use services for people who use and inject drugs.

Provides a safe space to support individuals in all stages of recovery. Offers various programs, meetings, and special events that are inclusive to the entire recovery community. The purpose is to help the individual and their support network develop the skills they require to maintain a successful recovery. This is a drop-in center and individuals are welcome and encouraged to drop in at any time during hours of operation.

* Provides outpatient community mental health services including assessment and treatment across a wide range of mental health concerns.* Offers an integrated clinic that includes a co-occurring program (mental health and substance use).* Offers children and adolescent clinics that include mental health screenings and referral for children and adolescents to a wide spectrum of mental health services in the community.

Offers a drop-in center for consumers Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 4pm-8pm. Self-help groups are offered each night.

Offers mental health consumers resources in community ranging from housing, companionship, treatment and representation. Lunch 1pm - 1:30pm for anyone with psychiatric diagnosis and currently in treatment. Van service, Mon-Fri evenings.

This program focuses on psychosocial rehabilitation in a community setting. The goal of ourpsychosocial services is to support individuals in building community, and developing a feeling of group affiliation among peers with shared experiences. Our social drop-in program is an integral part of our psychosocial services, which provides a space for individuals to engage in mutual support together through conversations and activities that promote wellness and connection. With the help of community donation networks, we are also able to support social determinants of health for drop-in guests by providing snacks, beverages, and connections to other resources for meeting material needs. We also offer mutual aid support groups as a part of our psychosocial programming, such as the popular "Pearls of Wisdom" senior support group. Participants must be 18+ years of age and identify as living with amental health challenge.

Provides a drop-in center that has social activities and peer-run groups for people with a psychiatric diagnosis. Dinner is served daily except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

* Provides peer support to individuals experiencing intense feelings and problems in living. Members share their struggles, offer encouragement, and share coping strategies. Coffee and tea is provided.

* Provides an environment for members to grow and prosper, allowing all to accomplish and embrace their personal goals for an independent lifestyle. The Center promotes opportunities for individuals to experience hope and to overcome the challenges and stigmas of having a disability. Groups, activities, and workshops are strength-based that promote recovery and wellness and offer hope through support and guidance.

Provides planned combination of vocational, social, and other rehabilitative services such as pre-vocational day program, transitional employment and social experiences within club setting which focuses on self-help and membership. Provides low cost lunches to members. Operates "Wares Like New" Thrift Store.Recreational Program takes place on Thursday and Friday from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

Provides a number of support services for those with mental illness, including case management, transportation for mental health-related appointments, also has social/drop-in centers to socialize, network, build life skills and have fun.

Offers after-hours supportive care for individuals experiencing a non-life threatening behavioral health situation during the time when their normal clinic is closed. Clients can get a short-term medication refill, talk with a supportive person, or simply make use of a safe, quiet space to de-stress. * Due to COVID-19, ClubWest is currently open to crisis visits only. Clients experiencing crises who arrive at the site will need to undergo a COVID-19 health screening and wear a mask (one will be provided if need be). No lengthy stays are currently permitted; clients will have to leave after receiving services. Virtual visits are encouraged; calls can be placed starting at 4pm on weekdays and 8am on weekends/holidays. Virtual support groups are available; call for information. * Provides community support in a safe, non-judgmental setting for individuals aged 18 and above. Club goers can choose to participate in multiple activities or simply relax in a quiet space. Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

A one-stop drop in center and resource center assisting with the various needs of mental health and chemical dependency clients, regardless of whatever agency they may already be linked to. Connects clients with community resources and provides crisis diversion services to prevent the need for higher levels of care. Group therapy sessions available for clients who sign up.

The drop-in center is a safe, comfortable environment where individuals with psychiatric disabilities can gather and interact with each other. It offers participants a range of activities such as cooking, shopping, crafts, games, community outings, and other activities.
