Walk-in center for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and in need of immediate help. Provides immediate crisis support, medication evaluation, and psychiatric and counseling resources. Provides support for people feeling distressed, anxious, sad, or depressed but who don't want to go to the ER or CPEP. The Help Center may be visited up to 3 times to bridge the gap between services.

Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.

The Sterling community center (SCC) is a person-centered, recovery-oriented, community-based center for adults who are diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities. The center offers activities, classes, and volunteer opportunities designed to help participants work towards individual life goals, and provide opportunities to learn new skills, establish social networks, participate in volunteer activities, develop employment opportunities and acquire mutual support.

* Provides peer support to individuals experiencing intense feelings and problems in living. Members share their struggles, offer encouragement, and share coping strategies. Coffee and tea is provided.

* Provides access to MOUD (Medications for Opiate Use Disorder) - Suboxone. * Offers overdose prevention training, overdose aftercare counseling, drug checking, and safety planning services. * Offers on-site free Narcan (naloxone) training and kit access. * Assists individuals with accessing other substance use treatment services. * Offers training to providers to ensure cultural comprehensiveness of services for medical, behavioral health, and substance use services for people who use and inject drugs.

* Offers counseling and psychiatric services to children, families and adults whose lives have been disrupted by situational, emotional or mental health issues. Services include: Mobile crisis team. Walk-in crisis center.

The Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides behavioral and mental health services. There is a waiting list for this service.

* Provides outpatient community mental health services including assessment and treatment across a wide range of mental health concerns.* Offers an integrated clinic that includes a co-occurring program (mental health and substance use).* Offers children and adolescent clinics that include mental health screenings and referral for children and adolescents to a wide spectrum of mental health services in the community.

Provides a drop-in center that has social activities and peer-run groups for people with a psychiatric diagnosis. Dinner is served daily except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

The drop-in center is a safe, comfortable environment where individuals with psychiatric disabilities can gather and interact with each other. It offers participants a range of activities such as cooking, shopping, crafts, games, community outings, and other activities.

Counseling that enables individuals to achieve independence and community involvement. Services also provided to address the emotional needs of parents of children with disabilities. Service coordination assists in referring and linking families and/or individuals with community services.

This program focuses on psychosocial rehabilitation in a community setting. The goal of ourpsychosocial services is to support individuals in building community, and developing a feeling of group affiliation among peers with shared experiences. Our social drop-in program is an integral part of our psychosocial services, which provides a space for individuals to engage in mutual support together through conversations and activities that promote wellness and connection. With the help of community donation networks, we are also able to support social determinants of health for drop-in guests by providing snacks, beverages, and connections to other resources for meeting material needs. We also offer mutual aid support groups as a part of our psychosocial programming, such as the popular "Pearls of Wisdom" senior support group. Participants must be 18+ years of age and identify as living with amental health challenge.

Provides a safe space to support individuals in all stages of recovery. Offers various programs, meetings, and special events that are inclusive to the entire recovery community. The purpose is to help the individual and their support network develop the skills they require to maintain a successful recovery. This is a drop-in center and individuals are welcome and encouraged to drop in at any time during hours of operation.
