Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers are available in the community and integrated into existing services (ex: hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.) to support individuals on their positive pathways to behavioral health and wellness. Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.

Provides specialized clinical treatment for adults who are experiencing emotional problems and setbacks. Outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy and psychiatric services as well as case management. Groups include Dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills, medication management, and other short term groups as needed.

A drop-in center, for those who are program participants, to achieve competitive work skills, access computers, socialize with others, play music or sing, make deli type lunch, watch TV or do arts and crafts.

The Sterling community center (SCC) is a person-centered, recovery-oriented, community-based center for adults who are diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities. The center offers activities, classes, and volunteer opportunities designed to help participants work towards individual life goals, and provide opportunities to learn new skills, establish social networks, participate in volunteer activities, develop employment opportunities and acquire mutual support.

Provides a number of support services for those with mental illness, including case management, transportation for mental health-related appointments, also has social/drop-in centers to socialize, network, build life skills and have fun.

Walk-in center for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and in need of immediate help. Provides immediate crisis support, medication evaluation, and psychiatric and counseling resources. Provides support for people feeling distressed, anxious, sad, or depressed but who don't want to go to the ER or CPEP. The Help Center may be visited up to 3 times to bridge the gap between services.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

Offers after-hours supportive care for individuals experiencing a non-life threatening behavioral health situation during the time when their normal clinic is closed. Clients can get a short-term medication refill, talk with a supportive person, or simply make use of a safe, quiet space to de-stress. A peer-run crisis diversion center open 365 days a year. Serves individuals going through a mental health crisis or pre-crisis who prefer not to go to the hospital. Transportation may be available; call to inquire. Provides community support in a safe, non-judgmental setting for individuals aged 18 and above. Club goers can choose to participate in multiple activities or simply relax in a quiet space. Activity offerings include group fitness, music therapy, arts and crafts, guided meditation, movies, games, and food.
