Offers a drop-in recovery club/center for adults with mental illness where they can interact with others of similar disabilities (peer support), enjoy recreational activities, participate in events, and have access to other training and support services.

Provides a supportive environment for individuals with mental health disabilities to meet, socialize, share a meal, and explore their community. It is a perfect avenue to practice learned community and life skills through field trips, arts and crafts, music, games and sports.

Programs are peer run, which include activities such as healing meditation, movie day, poetry, arts & crafts, cooking, cleaning, using public transportation, computer skills, communication development, and learning problem solving techniques.

Outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy and psychiatric services as well as case management. Groups include Dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills, medication management, and other short term groups as needed.

The Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides behavioral and mental health services. There is a waiting list for this service.

* Provides access to MOUD (Medications for Opiate Use Disorder) - Suboxone. * Offers overdose prevention training, overdose aftercare counseling, drug checking, and safety planning services. * Offers on-site free Narcan (naloxone) training and kit access. * Assists individuals with accessing other substance use treatment services. * Offers training to providers to ensure cultural comprehensiveness of services for medical, behavioral health, and substance use services for people who use and inject drugs.

Provide a spot for participants to socialize and enjoy recreational and leisure time activities with their peers. Most locations provide a healthy dinner during program hours. Members are asked to participate in development of the activities, serving dinner and other chores. Referral services are available in such areas as care management, pre-employment, vocational, housing, and benefits.

* Due to COVID-19, ClubWest is currently open to crisis visits only. Clients experiencing crises who arrive at the site will need to undergo a COVID-19 health screening and wear a mask (one will be provided if need be). No lengthy stays are currently permitted; clients will have to leave after receiving services. Virtual visits are encouraged; calls can be placed starting at 4pm on weekdays and 8am on weekends/holidays. The Sterling community center (SCC) is a person-centered, recovery-oriented, community-based center for adults who are diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities. The center offers activities, classes, and volunteer opportunities designed to help participants work towards individual life goals, and provide opportunities to learn new skills, establish social networks, participate in volunteer activities, develop employment opportunities and acquire mutual support.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

A one-stop drop in center and resource center assisting with the various needs of mental health and chemical dependency clients, regardless of whatever agency they may already be linked to. Connects clients with community resources and provides crisis diversion services to prevent the need for higher levels of care. Group therapy sessions available for clients who sign up.

Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers are available in the community and integrated into existing services (ex: hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.) to support individuals on their positive pathways to behavioral health and wellness. Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.
