This program focuses on psychosocial rehabilitation in a community setting. The goal of ourpsychosocial services is to support individuals in building community, and developing a feeling of group affiliation among peers with shared experiences. Our social drop-in program is an integral part of our psychosocial services, which provides a space for individuals to engage in mutual support together through conversations and activities that promote wellness and connection. With the help of community donation networks, we are also able to support social determinants of health for drop-in guests by providing snacks, beverages, and connections to other resources for meeting material needs. We also offer mutual aid support groups as a part of our psychosocial programming, such as the popular "Pearls of Wisdom" senior support group. Participants must be 18+ years of age and identify as living with amental health challenge.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.
