Primarily a family support and advocacy organization, FAMH strives to expand opportunities and improve the quality of life for all people with mental illness. FAMH provides referrals, education, and mutual support for families as well as social, recreational, and educational opportunities for consumers of mental health services. FAMH also strives through public education, to eradicate the stigma associated with mental illness.
