Provides youth and adult peer education strategies and skills to foster awareness and prevention of HIV/AIDS, as well as support to persons infected and affected by the HIV/AIDS virus. Outreach includes youth and adult conferences and workshops, participation in health and community fairs, and peer educator training.

SAIL provides counseling and teaching, and facilitates information giving and sharing for individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties on both an individual and a group basis. Support groups that currently meet at the center include the Alzheimer's Support Group, the Autism Support Group, the Crohn's and Colitis Support Group, the Fibromyalgia Support Group, the MS Support, the Stroke Support Group, TBI Support Group, and the Self-Advocacy Support Group. The center facilitates the development of other support groups as requested.

* Provides peer support to individuals experiencing intense feelings and problems in living. Members share their struggles, offer encouragement, and share coping strategies. Coffee and tea is provided.

Supports the bereaved through a network of peer mentors. Mentors are trained volunteer survivors who have also lost a loved one and are now supporting others.

Provides a variety of services for adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Services include psychosocial rehabilitation, habilitation, family support and training, education support services, empowerment services, pre-vocational services, intensive supported employment, and ongoing supported employment.

* Provides home-based peer education at no cost on topics such as reproductive life planning, healthy pregnancies, breastfeeding, and birth control. * Provides breastfeeding support by Certified Lactation Counselors.

The warmline is a 24/7 phone line for individuals with a mental health challenge to speak to a certified peer who can listen, provide some guidance or referrals, and offer some support to the caller.

* Provides social therapy to people who had a stroke or traumatic brain injury. * Offers peer counseling for caregivers.

Offers a variety of free groups and peer support sessions for adults ages 18+ focusing on mental health wellness and recovery. The goal is to provide opportunities for individuals to engage in healthy coping skill activities, social events and support groups.
