SAIL provides counseling and teaching, and facilitates information giving and sharing for individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties on both an individual and a group basis. Support groups that currently meet at the center include the Alzheimer's Support Group, the Autism Support Group, the Crohn's and Colitis Support Group, the Fibromyalgia Support Group, the MS Support, the Stroke Support Group, TBI Support Group, and the Self-Advocacy Support Group. The center facilitates the development of other support groups as requested.

Peer Specialists and Family Support Specialists to individuals and families who have recently experienced an overdose. Works with Monroe County Department of Public Health (DPH) through a collaborative pilot program.* Provides services for families (or other loved ones) designed to guide, educate, and support families through the addiction treatment and recovery process through peer and family support.* Helps individuals and their loved ones become engaged in recovery-focused activities, including addiction and opioid abuse treatment, counseling, support groups, peer interactions, and community services.

* Connects cancer patients with someone who can relate to their experience and provide guidance. Matches are individualized. While most matches begin with a similar diagnosis or treatment, they also include other lifestyle circumstances and considerations that are important to the patient.
Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers are available in the community and integrated into existing services (ex: hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.) to support individuals on their positive pathways to behavioral health and wellness. Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.

Telephone counseling for women who have an unplanned pregnancy.
Provides an alternative to inpatient, psychiatric-related hospitalization through staff safe, supportive community houses to provide person-centered peer support and retreat for persons in emotional or near crisis states for up to seven days. Guests self-refer, come and go as they desire, and have 24/7 access to peer counseling/support and education to assist through troubling times. Mobile response team also provided for Dutchess county. Hospital Diversion Houses have helped many people to regain wellness while maintaining independence in the community.
