Offers peer counseling for Binghamton Housing Authority residents with disabilities and seniors.

VA benefits counseling. * Offers an employment resource center that aims to help veterans stabilize and re-enter the workforce assistance includes: Resume writing assistance, career counseling, and career assessment. Job readiness and life skills training. Weekly VetNet, networking, and job club group. Occupational skills training classes.* Assists veterans and families to manage their finances and to develop individualized plans to reach their goals.* Provides housing search assistance and temporary financial assistance through Services to Enable Positive Solutions (STEPS) program.* Provides individual and family counseling to veterans and their families.* Offers legal assistance through collaboration with Monroe County Legal Assistance Center. SAIL provides counseling and teaching, and facilitates information giving and sharing for individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties on both an individual and a group basis. Support groups that currently meet at the center include the Alzheimer's Support Group, the Autism Support Group, the Crohn's and Colitis Support Group, the Fibromyalgia Support Group, the MS Support, the Stroke Support Group, TBI Support Group, and the Self-Advocacy Support Group. The center facilitates the development of other support groups as requested.

The warmline is a 24/7 phone line for individuals with a mental health challenge to speak to a certified peer who can listen, provide some guidance or referrals, and offer some support to the caller.

Copay assistance is available to eligible patients with certain blood cancer diagnoses to help with insurance copayments and insurance premiums. Free education programs and materials. This service allows people with disabilities to meet and talk with STIC staff who also have disabilities. Peer Advocates assist consumers to navigate the barriers they may face adjusting to a disability, or to finding solutions to everyday issues that they encounter.
