Provides community-based counseling services and assistance to war zone Veterans and their families. Services offered include counseling for Readjustment, PTSD, Marital/Family Issues, Recovery from Substance Use, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and other forms of military trauma. ##Veteran##

Provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS). All services are strictly confidential. The Niagara Falls facility is located on the corner of Third Street and Rainbow Avenue. Park in the side lot and enter through the door facing 3rd Street. All offices are open, but both in person and telehealth services are available. ##REENTRY##

Provides integration and coordination of behavioral health and physical health services provided by Endeavor Health Services and Inspired Health Group, respectively. Behavioral health services are provided on an individual, family, or group basis while primary care services are available for those who do not have a primary care doctor or have not seen a doctor in a period of time. Medication assisted therapies are also available at this site including Suboxone, Vivitrol, and psychiatric medications as needed.

Provides family and professional counseling services in a private atmosphere. Specialty services include counseling by videoconferencing, phone, text, and email; integrated behavioral health care; referrals for psychiatry; and care coordination with medical providers.

Provides emergency financial assistance, domestic violence offenders program, counseling, parent and child counseling services, kinship caregiver program, care coordination, food and clothing assistance, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), and referrals as needed.

The Center offers multi-disciplinary assessments and evaluations for children suspected of having a developmental disability, including autism spectrum disorder. If the results of the assessment indicate the need for treatment, the team will provide individualized behavioral programming, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical management including developmental pharmacology. Also specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric difficulties.

Provides outpatient addictions counseling for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol abuse, including adolescents. Also offers treatment for co-occurring disorders. Intensive treatment provided as needed, with suboxone treatment available for patients enrolled in counseling. Provides adolescent program for abuse and dependency, including Brief Strategic Family Therapy for Adolescents. Family and co-dependency counseling offered for their family members and significant others. ##REENTRY##

* Assists children and youth with mental health and substance use needs and who receive NYS Medicaid benefits, including: Other Licensed Practitioner - assessments for mental health and/or substance use needs. Also individual, group, or family therapy in the home and/or community. Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment.

* Provides therapeutic services to individuals, children, couples/partners, and families. Services include: Individual, group, family, partner, and conjoint therapy sessions. Person centered, professional therapy to those facing various life challenges including, but no limited to: Grief/loss. Trauma. Domestic Violence. Relational concerns. Life changes and more.

Offers an outpatient treatment-referral program designed to serve individuals between the ages of 12 and 35 who are at risk or who have been sexually exploited/human trafficked, at-risk of sexual exploitation/human trafficking, runaway or are homeless. Services provided include individual and family counseling, street outreach, GED classes, DSS advocacy, life skills education, housing assistance, and education and job placement and are tailored to meet all the needs of each individual utilizing services.

Provides mental health counseling and medication management for individuals ages 5 years and older.

Provides outpatient services for dually-diagnosed clients in addiction recovery. Services include medication assisted therapy, evaluations and assessments, group and individual counseling, medication management, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Provides outpatient mental health care

Provides counseling services to children, youth, adults, couples and families focusing on family relationship, parenting, and substance abuse. Offers an Employee Assistance Program as well as Teen Aggression Reduction to address bullying and issues surrounding youth violence.

Offers resources, support, and connection to individuals and their families struggling with an addiction. Services include, individual, group, and family counseling as well as community support such as free narcan training.

Professional counseling for relationship conflicts and difficulties in other family relationships (behavior or emotional well-being of children, coping with a recent family crisis, etc.).

Mental health and substance use services for children/youth (under age 21) and their families to improve health, well-being and quality of life. Services are provided at home or in the community.

Provides outpatient mental health treatment for area residents.

Provides trauma-informed outpatient services including an intake assessment, consultation, education, and individual, group, and family therapy.

Offers health care advocacy, diabetes and chronic disease prevention, outpatient mental health services and school-based mental health services.

Offers professional, affordable counseling and therapy services.

* Provides Military rehabilitation and civilian reentry needs of injured service members and veterans.

* Treats individuals with the following:

• Post-Traumatic Stress.
• Depression and anxiety.
• Suicidal ideations.
• Traumatic brain injury.
• Spinal cord injuries.
• Orthopedic diagnoses.
• Multiple trauma.
• Central and peripheral vestibular disorders.

* Offers social and athletic activities for Veterans that happens once a month.
