Our volunteer services program connects individuals with agencies that need volunteers the most. The program offers a full range of volunteer opportunities. Volunteers provide independent living services such as delivering meals and transportation to the homebound, and serve their communities in many other ways. You choose whether you want to draw on your skills or develop new ones. In short, you find the opportunity that's right for you. Volunteers choose how, where, and how often they want to serve, with commitments ranging from a few hours to 40 hours per week.

Educates High School students on Microsoft Office, including writing resume and preparing spreadsheets, designing and presenting powerpoint presentations, collaboration between program participants in website design and coding. Provides students with a laptop at the end of the program. Accepts donations of computers, Pentium IV or better, are accepted.

Homework assistance is provided by volunteers with an emphasis on reading, expressive and receptive language skills, mathematics and concept development. Recreational activities and snacks are provided. Collaboration with local schools is encouraged by the program coordinator and bilingual staff. Older students (ages 13-17) may serve as program volunteers, translators or participate as interns in local businesses. On-site child care.
