To enhance residents overall quality of life by offering individualized activities tailored to mutual areas of interest between volunteers and residents. Volunteers help wheelchair residents to Sunday services on campus. Volunteers visit with residents.

Offers volunteers a variety of opportunities of outdoor education and recreation, such as teaching, help at specific events, trail maintenance, gardening, exhibit construction, receptionist for 2-hr shift on occasional Saturday, snowplow parking lot, assembly bi-monthly newsletter, and other projects at five sites. Volunteers <18 yrs must be accompanied by parent or adult, on case-by-case approval.

Cornell Botanic Gardens is alive with plants, purpose, and a presence that truly distinguishes the university among its peers. The mature botanic garden, arboretum, and diverse network of nature preserves help make Cornell one of the most beautiful campuses anywhere. Cornell leadership in environmental conservation and education is helping protect native species and habitats in Cornell Botanic Gardens' natural areas, throughout the region, and beyond.

Sells fabric, yarn, sewing, fiber, and needlecraft supplies, as well as some upcycled/recycled clothing and local fiber crafts. Merchandise is primarily donated by community members or on consignment from local fiber artisans. Proceeds benefit the SewGreen Art Room classroom and its programs for children, teens, and adults.
