Offers a youth group that gives members the opportunity to participate in educational "learn by doing" projects and promotes healthy social interaction helping youth maximize their social, emotional, physical and academic potential. Provides opportunities to go to camp, publicly show their work, travel, host international youth, and attend meetings and events at Cornell University. 4-H programming provides a framework on which youth can build self-confidence, responsibility, and generosity.

Facilities communication and awareness regarding teen reproductive health, mental health, physical health and nutrition, substance abuse, and healthy relationships through the Youth Leadership Council. YLC programming provides support to youth in advocating for their own health and the health of their peers by facilitating peer education sessions.
