Zoo Education Volunteers (Docents) help to guide tours, spotlight animals, and educate the public about environmental issues around the world and at home. Gardening volunteers maintain the gardens on site. Special event volunteers assist with various tasks during the zoo's fundraising events throughout the year

To enhance residents overall quality of life by offering individualized activities tailored to mutual areas of interest between volunteers and residents. Volunteers help wheelchair residents to Sunday services on campus. Volunteers visit with residents.

Provides safe after school programming for 4th - 12th grades, including youth development programs during out of school hours, homework assistance, career exploration, community service, crisis intervention, and social and recreational activities. Dinner and snack are provided at no charge.

Offers church sponsored youth program for grades 5-12. Each week is an alternating time either at 10:15am or 5:30pm. The 10:15am meeting is at the church in Room 2 and the 5:30pm meeting is usually an outing. Please call for details.
