A county-wide youth engagement program that teaches junior and senior high school students about Chenango County and the needs of the community. Participants become more aware of their surroundings and community, gain an understanding of volunteerism and the impact it has on society, and learn about fundraising and the ongoing challenges nonprofits face.

Support group for any survivor of abuse. Focuses on issues related to abuse, along with other pertinent topics such as recognizing strengths, empowerment, setting healthy boundaries, self care, and creating peace in one's life.

Offers advocacy and support to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, pick-up and hate crimes. Provides short term counseling, accompanies victims to police headquarters and court, makes referrals for legal services and offers opportunities to meet with support groups. Also provides educational workshops for health and human service providers.

Offers veterans, including those with PTSD, support meetings, networking opportunities, creativity and job preparation workshops and social activity experience to promote a healthy transition back to civilian life. A particular focus is placed upon helping veterans showcase their talent and share their experiences through the arts, art shows, photography, music, dance and theatrical events.

Provides mental health and support services for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender adults ages 22-49 and their families and friends. Offers individual, couples, family and group counseling, a helpline to address issues, advocacy programs, referrals to health service providers and in service training for health care and human service providers. PREP is a teen pregnancy prevention program for middle school-aged youth that uses evidence-based program models to educate youth on healthy decision-making patterns, abstinence and contraception, as well as adult preparatory subjects, which includes healthy relationships, financial literacy, effective parent-child communication, and college and career planning. PREP has an Advisory Board that is dedicated to helping through cross-collaborative partnerships (related to positive youth development work), program oversight, sustainability, and expansion opportunities for youth in Haverstraw and Spring Valley.

The center provides evidenced-based behavioral healthcare to individuals and families impacted by military service including: family members of all ages, active duty, reserve duty or veteran status, veterans who are not able to obtain VA services, and military service members. Provides services to diagnose and treat cancer, support groups, radiation oncology, cancer registry, peripheral stem cell transplants and surgery.

To strengthen, support, and celebrate LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and groups in their efforts to achieve their fullest potential.
