Offers a support group for individuals who have had an amputation(s), and their families. Individuals share ideas and experiences on a variety of topics regarding life after an amputation.

Offers a support group for women who have breast cancer and their family members. Provides opportunities for participants to voice concerns, ask questions and obtain support from their peers. Provides targeted outreach and HIV prevention education, case management services, support groups, and counseling services to HIV infected individuals. Services are available to individuals with HIV and their families. Call for further information, as outreach and support group activities have varied hours.

SAIL provides counseling and teaching, and facilitates information giving and sharing for individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties on both an individual and a group basis. Support groups that currently meet at the center include the Alzheimer's Support Group, the Autism Support Group, the Crohn's and Colitis Support Group, the Fibromyalgia Support Group, the MS Support, the Stroke Support Group, TBI Support Group, and the Self-Advocacy Support Group. Cortland Regional Medical Center and the American Cancer Society serve as co-sponsors for the monthly support group meetings. Each meeting features a speaker on an important topic in the field of cancer or a topic of interest to families. Offers self-help groups for individuals with MS and their families or friends, to support each other, cope and learn about living with MS. Meetings are both in-person and via telephone.

Offers on-going, weekly support groups for anyone who has a cancer diagnosis.

Offers several cancer support programs for anyone who has been diagnosed. One program is a monthly Yoga and Meditation class and another is a Cancer Exercise program, others are also available.

Maintains national network of well spouses (husbands and wives of chronically ill persons). Offers referrals to well spouse Support Groups. Has a Newsletter, Yearly Conference, online peer Mentorship Program, Round Robin Letter Writing group, and Respite Weekends. Advocates for programs that help families deal with chronic illness and educates healthcare professionals and the general public about the special challenges and unique roles well spouses face every day. Provides 8 week group counseling sessions twice a year for persons with multiple sclerosis and for their family.

Offers a variety of support groups and programs for our patients and families to address educational, physical, and emotional needs. An on-going monthly group for cancer survivors who are at least one year post treatment that is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.

Offers a support group for anyone with a breathing disease or difficulties.

Provides a diabetes education and self management program, which focuses on nutrition, insulin pump start-up and management training, and also offers a support group.

Services offered by the CWRC include caregiver education/support and access to respite vouchers. Caregivers who are not receiving respite under Medicaid or another funded program are eligible to apply. The CWRC follows a caregiver-directed program: the caregiver is responsible for identifying a respite provider, providing guidance on what level of care is provided, and determining when care is provided.

Provides continuing education through meetings, support groups, and resource materials for children and adults affected by attention deficit disorders.
