The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention offers the Healing Conversations program and the International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day events. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention also offers other resources for those who have experienced suicide loss to include providing a listing of support groups in the region focused on suicide loss, but do not run or manage these groups.
