HERSTORY WRITERS WORKSHOP | HERSTORY WRITERS WORKSHOP

Provides a community writing project for women interested in memoir form and who desire support in changing personal memories into narratives that will be moving to others. Writing projects range from short stories to book length manuscripts. In addition to the weekly writing workshops, there are public readings and demonstration workshops. Offers non-credit online writing courses in partnership with Ed2Go. Sample course offerings include: Effective Business Writing; Write Fiction Like a Pro; Write Your Life Story; Write And Publish Your Nonfiction Book; Beginning Writer's Workshop and How to Make Money From Your Writing. These six-week online courses are the perfect way to learn a new skill or enhance your existing ones. You'll need to spend roughly two to four hours each week completing two engaging lessons in an enjoyable, interactive learning environment. Expert instructors develop and lead every course. The course is not conducted "live." You are able to log-in at any time to take your lessons. New sessions start every month, so you can sign up anytime.
