Oversees six community recreation centers which can be used for meetings, arts and crafts classes, educational workshops, and special events. The Community Recreation Centers are Henrietta Acampora Recreation Center (Blue Point), Mastic Recreation Center(Mastic), New Village Recreation Center (Centereach), Shoreham Recreation Center, St. Michael's Recreation Center (Gordon Heights). Special services include the Town Historian and summer programs at Brookhaven Amphitheater and Gallery.
