Provides reference, information and referral, Reader's Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 6 and their caregivers. Programs and services include, but are not limited to topics such as the Parent/Child Workshop, E-Reference, Homework Express, Homework Help, tutoring, tablets available for use in the Children's Room, story times, reading clubs, arts and crafts, computer instruction and performances and films.

Provides low-cost programs in visual, literary, and performing arts. Programs are available for all ages and experience levels and are offered in several locations throughout the Syracuse area.

Provides park and recreational programs and activities for residents and visitors to the Village of Manlius.

Offers open figure drawing, depression and bipolar support group, weekly yoga and strength and balancing exercise classes, Spark Community Radio, annual Westcott art and morningside cultural trails.

Offers courses in: Arts, Crafts & Hobbies; Music; Languages; Health, Family and Self-Improvement and Physical Fitness & Sports. Courses are offered at various locations throughout the district. Offers computer classes, English conversation classes, and seasonal children's programming including story time, arts and crafts, and various programs. Public library. Offers seasonal Story Times for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, along with other special programs to promote reading. Offers reading, crafts, LEGO club, and other special programs for school-age children. Offers 9 computers for public use with networked Microsoft Office Applications 2007, printing (B&W 10 cents per page, color 20 cents per page), internet access, and Wi-Fi. Provides an after school and summer program for youth, grades K-8. Homework assistance, recreation room, arts and crafts, and computer room provided. Serving as a daytime warming center Thursday & Friday, February 2nd-3rd, 2023, 9am-4pm.

Recreation programs include gym and game room activities, pool and ping-pong tables, games, arts and crafts. Also provides a senior center. Serves as a City of Buffalo Cooling Center during times of extreme heat and as a Warming Center during times of extreme cold. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling/Warming Center is open before going there.

Offers various youth enrichment programs that address character and leadership development, community projects, health and life skills, and cultural enrichment. Various recreation, sports, and art based activities are offered throughout the year. Also offers a day trip program for 4 weeks in July for a separate fee.

Provides nutrition, social activities, arts and crafts, sewing, exercise, and AARP driving classes once every month. Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, etc.

Provides art classes in drawing, painting and watercolor techniques, from beginner to intermediate, including one-on-one instruction. Students will work with still life, photographs and imagination.
