Provides classes which are held at the center in exercise, dancing, music, art, Mah Jong, bridge classes, current events, drama, etc. About 40 classes are offered. Call for information. Walk in. Provides a variety of educational, interesting and fun opportunities to meet new people and promote lifelong learning. Courses are offered in: Adult Auto/Defensive Driving; Boating; College Prep; Creative Arts; Financial & Legal; Health & Wellness; Music & Performing Arts; Physical Fitness; Special Interests and Stitchery. Open bridge games held on Thursdays at 11am and Sundays at 12:30pm. Fee per game, coffee and cake included. A partner not necessary. A learning game is available on Mondays from 6pm-9pm, time limited. Call for additional information.

A community center on the West Side of Buffalo that provides after school programming for youth ages 8-18. Offers board games, pool and ping pong tables, computer and internet access, books, a gym, and snacks. Recreation programs include sports programs, gym and game room activities, as well as field trips, arts and crafts, and other special events available through a partnership with Buffalo PAL (Police Athletic League). Serves as a Cooling Center during times of excessive heat and as a Warming Center during times of excessive cold. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling or Warming Center is open before going there.

Open to children ages 4-12 during non-school hours; provides adult supervision and is open most school holidays including early release days and snow days. Activities include homework help, arts and crafts, field trips, special events, and use of a billiards room, game room, lounge and computer lab. Children ages 4-6 participate in the Funland Program. JYC may be available through the Ken-Ton Transportation Department. Request form required for alternate transportation.

Public library. Offers Public Access Computers: 6 computers with networked Microsoft Office Applications, printing (10 cents per page B&W, 25 cents color), Internet Access, and public Wi-Fi. Offers seasonal children's programming such as story time and Read To A Canine sessions. Yard games available for a 7-day loan period including Corn Hole, Bocce, Giant Jenga, Volleyball/Badminton, Croquet, Kubb, Can Jam, and Ladder Ball. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Attendees must wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.

Provides weekly programs at the Batavia Senior Center. Some of the programs offered are bridge, line dancing, cribbage, arthritis chair-based exercise, quilters, and painting classes. New groups are always being organized. Special programs such as 55 Alive Driver Refresher Course, educational, health, and informational programs are also offered. Day trips to concerts, exhibits, musical productions, restaurants, and areas of special interest are also scheduled in the spring, summer, and fall. Senior groups and clubs exist in most areas of the county which offer luncheons and pot luck dinners. Most groups offer programs of interest, entertainment, day trips, and other recreational activities.

Clients experiencing crises who arrive at the site will need to undergo a COVID-19 health screening and wear a mask (one will be provided if need be). No lengthy stays are currently permitted; clients will have to leave after receiving services. Club goers can choose to participate in multiple activities or simply relax in a quiet space.
