Provides a variety of educational, interesting and fun opportunities to meet new people and promote lifelong learning. Courses are offered in: Adult Auto/Defensive Driving; Boating; College Prep; Creative Arts; Financial & Legal; Health & Wellness; Music & Performing Arts; Physical Fitness; Special Interests and Stitchery. Offers reserved pavilions, a bathhouse, camping, boat launch, volleyball, fishing, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing. Arrowhead Lodge is available year-round for parties, business functions, and receptions.

Open to children ages 4-12 during non-school hours; provides adult supervision and is open most school holidays including early release days and snow days. Activities include homework help, arts and crafts, field trips, special events, and use of a billiards room, game room, lounge and computer lab. Children ages 4-6 participate in the Funland Program. JYC may be available through the Ken-Ton Transportation Department. Request form required for alternate transportation.

Features picnicking areas, reserved pavilions, ball fields, boat launch and marina, bike trails and rentals, playground, tram rides, and in-line skating. Winter sledding is available at Long Branch Park.

Provides Friday night recreation for teens. Open mic events for singers, musicians, comedians, video and board game tournaments, community fundraisers and more.

Provides programs which include introduction to computers, guitar lessons, bridge for beginners, and stargazing programs.

Open bridge games held on Thursdays at 11am and Sundays at 12:30pm. Fee per game, coffee and cake included. A partner not necessary. A learning game is available on Mondays from 6pm-9pm, time limited. Call for additional information.

Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Readers Advisory, Computers, and AARP Tax Assistance and a wide range of other programs.

Public library. Offers Public Access Computers: 6 computers with networked Microsoft Office Applications, printing (10 cents per page B&W, 25 cents color), Internet Access, and public Wi-Fi. Offers seasonal children's programming such as story time and Read To A Canine sessions. Yard games available for a 7-day loan period including Corn Hole, Bocce, Giant Jenga, Volleyball/Badminton, Croquet, Kubb, Can Jam, and Ladder Ball. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Attendees must wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.

Provides weekly programs at the Batavia Senior Center. Some of the programs offered are bridge, line dancing, cribbage, arthritis chair-based exercise, quilters, and painting classes. New groups are always being organized. Special programs such as 55 Alive Driver Refresher Course, educational, health, and informational programs are also offered. Day trips to concerts, exhibits, musical productions, restaurants, and areas of special interest are also scheduled in the spring, summer, and fall. Senior groups and clubs exist in most areas of the county which offer luncheons and pot luck dinners. Most groups offer programs of interest, entertainment, day trips, and other recreational activities.

Clients experiencing crises who arrive at the site will need to undergo a COVID-19 health screening and wear a mask (one will be provided if need be). No lengthy stays are currently permitted; clients will have to leave after receiving services. Virtual visits are encouraged; calls can be placed starting at 4pm on weekdays and 8am on weekends/holidays. Club goers can choose to participate in multiple activities or simply relax in a quiet space.
