A community center on the West Side of Buffalo that provides after school programming for youth ages 8-18. Offers board games, pool and ping pong tables, computer and internet access, books, a gym, and snacks. Recreation programs include sports programs, gym and game room activities, as well as field trips, arts and crafts, and other special events available through a partnership with Buffalo PAL (Police Athletic League). Public library. Offers Public Access Computers: 6 computers with networked Microsoft Office Applications, printing (10 cents per page B&W, 25 cents color), Internet Access, and public Wi-Fi. Provides weekly programs at the Batavia Senior Center. Some of the programs offered are bridge, line dancing, cribbage, arthritis chair-based exercise, quilters, and painting classes. New groups are always being organized. Special programs such as 55 Alive Driver Refresher Course, educational, health, and informational programs are also offered. Day trips to concerts, exhibits, musical productions, restaurants, and areas of special interest are also scheduled in the spring, summer, and fall. Senior groups and clubs exist in most areas of the county which offer luncheons and pot luck dinners. Most groups offer programs of interest, entertainment, day trips, and other recreational activities.

Provides recreation opportunities to students ages 4 years old through 7th grade. Offers a full gym and game room with a variety of table games like pool, foosball, hockey, and ping pong. Homework help is available from staff and volunteers. Provides a recreation program open to students in 6th-12th grade, including basketball, several youth activities, and field trips.

Thrift shop provides low cost apparel, bedding, linens, books, toys, games, kitchenware, small kitchen appliances, etc.Donations accepted. Does not accept upholstered furniture, mattress, television and computers.

Offers reserved pavilions, a bathhouse, camping, boat launch, volleyball, fishing, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing. Arrowhead Lodge is available year-round for parties, business functions, and receptions.

Features picnicking areas, reserved pavilions, ball fields, boat launch and marina, bike trails and rentals, playground, tram rides, and in-line skating. Winter sledding is available at Long Branch Park.

Open bridge games held on Mondays at 1pm at St. Luke's Church on Main St., East Hampton and on Wednesdays at 1pm at the Montauk Library, 871 Montauk Avenue, Montauk NY. Proceeds are donated to local charities and nonprofit groups. Call for further information.
