Designed specifically for our youngest campers in grades K-2 (co-ed) and offers a multi-sport experience and a whole lot more! Campers participate in this age-appropriate program covering the fundamental skills of some of our “core sports” (soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball/softball), as well as enjoying additional activity periods where creativity, education and character development are focused upon. A blended day of “core sports”, phys-ed games and creative learning ensures that each camper has an exciting, fun-filled experience each and every day. Apart from many of our other programs, campers enrolled in Rising Stars will partake in special events on a weekly basis. These events may include the following, but might vary year-to-year: Challenge Island educational workshops, petting zoos, face painting, tie-dye shirt creation, dress-up days, visits from local police and fire departments, and more. The Rising Stars group has their own dedicated classroom that allows them to get out of the sun when necessary. This air conditioned space is their home base, where they also play fun classroom style games or partake in creative learning sessions, with the occasional period of arts and crafts. Each week is unique and we aim to make every campers day as special as possible. All programs run weekly from Monday to Friday and camp hours are 9:00am-4:00pm. Extended Hours are available with Early Drop-Off (8am) and Late Pick-Up (5:30pm) options. Additional charges apply Full program details and convenient online registration are available at fscamps.com.
