Open to children ages 4-12 during non-school hours; provides adult supervision and is open most school holidays including early release days and snow days. Activities include homework help, arts and crafts, field trips, special events, and use of a billiards room, game room, lounge and computer lab. Children ages 4-6 participate in the Funland Program. JYC may be available through the Ken-Ton Transportation Department. Request form required for alternate transportation.

Provides therapeutic ice skating lessons for the disabled of all ages. Lessons are held weekly and culminate in an annual ice show which all students perform in. Lessons are held in 4 different locations, 6 days a week. Skates, helmets, and walkers are provided for skaters. Also offers adaptive ice hockey available for current SABAH athletes who can skate independently, turf summer sport programs, recreational ice skating in the summer, and the Fit and Fun program which provides a physical education program for adults challenged by disabilities. An innovative sports play program for children with intellectual disabilities, designed to introduce them to the world of sports prior to Special Olympics eligibility at age eight by engaging children through developmentally appropriate play activities designed to foster physical, cognitive, and social development.

Provides a starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active and developing healthy habits. Offers opportunities to learn new sports, build positive relationships, and develop good sportsmanship and teamwork. Youth programs include indoor soccer, basketball, floor hockey, golf, flag football, and preschool sports programs, along with the YMCA Canal Club which provides opportunities to bike, hike, kayak, and snowshoe throughout the year.

Provides an integrated adaptive kayaking program for individuals of all ages and abilities.

* Offers recreation, sports, and tourism that are fully accessible to and inclusive of people with and without disabilities.

* Provides senior center services such as: Meals. Recreation. Special events. Clubs. Health and wellness programs.* Provides advocacy: Assistance with forms and health related services.

* Provides support to people with disabilities and their families in Seneca and Cayuga counties. Benefit management assistance. Legal and educational advocacy. Crisis assistance. Individual habilitation services. Family reimbursement. Parent support. Guardianship information. Respite assistance. Summer camp and recreation for adults and children. Transportation to doctor's appointments and planned shopping can be provided.

Includes programs and services: ARISE at the Farm, ARISE & Ski, social and support groups, and the UNIQUE art magazine and exhibit.

Specific offerings include therapeutic horseback riding, inclusive playground, summer and school-break day camp, after-school respite, adaptive snow skiing, teen and youth support groups including siblings of children with disabilities, and a visual and written art exhibit.

Provides a weekly inclusive adult wheelchair basketball program in the spring and summer months. Equipment is provided on site.

Provides developmentally disabled youth with a safe and educational environment after school, on weekends, and during school breaks. Offers guardians/parents/families temporary relief from daily demands and ensure their family member is safe.

Enables young athletes to play the game of wheelchair basketball in a noncompetitive atmosphere to foster team work and friendship-building skills. Designed to teach basic basketball skills, and focuses on coordination development.

* Provides a congregate meal program, recreation and leisure activities for older adults. Computer classes. Blood pressure checks monthly. Art program. Field trips to community programs and activities.Food pantry and hygiene supplies for clients of Lifespan or connected to a Case Manager outside, but connected with Lifespan (not open to the general public).

* Administers the recreation department. Services include: Summer playground and sports program. Before and after school programs for pre-school age youth. Safety and certification courses. Social programming for senior citizens. Year round fitness and social opportunities for the community.

Offers bike and walking trails and is home to the Lakeview Amphitheater.
