Controls certain water-bottom lands and ponds, roads, trails and beaches, issues boat mooring permits and leases on land in Lazy Point manages use of beach vehicles, and large assemblage on beaches (parties) and works with the Natural Resource Department and the Nature Conservancy toward the protection of endangered species.
