M-Power U features two sections:
Brain Power Community: focuses on memory and cognitive training, coping strategies, lifestyle choices, and physical exercise.

Arts and Minds Community: emphasizes well-being and expression through the arts, such as creative writing, painting, drama, movement and music.

Offers an opportunity to explore the fine arts in an integrated community setting. Offers participants are able to gain self-confidence, learn another way to express and improve communication skills, and increase productivity. Activities include painting, drawing, sculpture, pottery, sewing, paper making, woodworking, poetry, photography and jewelry making.
