Offers a number of programs designed to meet the needs of children with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. Services include: - Respite Services: Offers planned short-term and time-limited opportunities for families and care providers to have some personal time. - Employment Services: Helps adults and youth to obtain and retain competitive employment through vocational counseling, employment training programs, work experience acquisition, soft skills development, rehabilitation services, and support services to help youth obtain, maintain, or advance in competitive employment or self-employment. - Children's Health Homes/Care Management: Includes care coordination, comprehensive transitional care, individual and family support, and referral to community and social support services as needed. - Community Habilitation: Assists youth living at home with a loved one or independently in the community to maintain or develop the highest level of independence possible for them. - Community Based Day Habilitation: Promotes community inclusion and integration. - Family Reimbursement Program: Covers expenses for goods and services needed to care for a loved one with a developmental disability who lives at home. - Self-Directed Services: Enables individuals to make choices about their staff, supports, and services. - Preventive Services: Provides support to help families learn the necessary skills to ensure their children remain at home and out of foster care placement. - Behavioral Health Services: Includes community habilitation, caregiver/family supports and services, pre-vocational services, and supported employment. - Project C.O.A.C.H.: Provides telephone counseling, referral, outreach, and intervention/prevention for individuals and families.

Provides the following services, with some transportation provided: advocacy, benefits/entitlements, developmentally disabled parent training, family reimbursement, guardianship, home care, home modification, independent living skills training, information and referral, parenting skills for parents of developmentally disabled children, residential habilitation, in-home and out-of-home respite care (day, evening, and overnight), service coordination/case management, support groups, and day camps.

Respite programs in community settings for individuals with developmental disabilities who need assistance to access recreation and social activities. Programs are offered 2 Saturdays each month for 8 hours each.

Offers a variety of respite services to suit personal needs. Respite is temporary care away from home, and is crucial for many families caring for loved ones with developmental disabilities.

An inclusive after-school program for children in grades K-6, including those with developmental disabilities. Offers an inclusion component / respite program called Open Door.

Social model adult day respite program that gives caregivers a break while giving frail elders a safe, enjoyable daytime experience. Also provides a co-located day program for adults with developmental disabilities.

Provides daycare and preschool services for children with disabilities aged 0-5 years old. Provides respite and school age services for individuals with developmental disabilities aged 5-21 years old.

Provides in-home aide service to relieve caregivers of homebound seniors, ages 60 and older. Provides caregiver education and other assistance to caregivers. Also provides out-of-home respite though the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Adult Day Care and Empower for Elders.

Social model adult day services. Provides assistance with personal care, nutrition services, transportation and escort services, case management, and structured activity program.

Full or part-time day program for people with developmental disabilities offering life skills through community and center-based activities. Services may be combined with part-time supported employment, volunteer work, "without walls" options and/or pre-vocational services.Without Walls (WOW) Westchester-small group of to 4 individuals with I/DD, engaged in planned activities in the community all day such as volunteer work, attending classes at various colleges and some engage in part-time supported employment and/or internships in the Rockland communityWestchester "After the Day" Respite Services: "After the Day" Respite services provide a strong focus on learning community life, wellness activities, and developing independence in the community. Offered two afternoons per week and transportation home is provided.

Provides day habilitation services which include enhancement of daily living activities, money management, socialization, work ethics, language and communication development, and behavioral therapy.

Offers respite services for caregivers and families caring for someone at home, and need time off or away for short periods of time.

Offers out-of-home respite care, for short periods of time, to caregivers or families caring for someone who requires supervised care.

Our Intake Department facilitates access to short-term Planned Respite services to help caregivers continue to provide long-term support for a child with developmental, mental health, or health care issues. A direct care service provides activities and skills development to a child while maintaining the child's health and safety.

Residential and home services to adults and children with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness, including respite services, supervised congregate care, and family care. Transportation is available for Family Care and IRA. Supportive Apartments are available to those individuals with developmental disabilities ages 18+.

After school or after day program respite offered in a group activities setting. Socialization and recreational opportunities offered Tuesday-Friday afternoons. Transportation provided to and from this service. Individuals may be picked up from their home, their Olean area school, or their day service program location.

Provides after-school respite for children with developmental disabilities ages 3-18, living with family. School districts provide transportation to the site, and parents are responsible for picking up children at the end of service. Leisure and recreation are provided. The program is located at Aspire's Center for Learning in Cheektowaga.

Provides a specialized day program for those with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia related memory loss. Programming includes socialization, case management, nutrition, transportation, recreation, and community involvement. Helps older adults to remain at home and gives caregivers time away from caregiving to help them do whatever they need to do, whether that be running errands, attending appointments, or going to work. Respite services, caregiver support groups, and information available.

Day program for older adults and adults with developmental disabilities. Provides socialization, community involvement, nutritional program, transportation, recreation, and case management. Helps older adults and adults with developmental disabilities remain at home and gives caregivers time away from caregiving to help them do whatever they need to do, whether that be running errands, attending appointments, or going to work. Respite services are also offered at this location; clients can select which days and times to attend.

A small group respite program offered several Saturdays a month for individuals with developmental disabilities ages 15-60 and living with family. Activities are social/recreational in nature and combine both site-based and community activities. Recreational opportunities are available in Fredonia, NY.
