Family Support and Home and Community Based Services for individuals with developmental disabilities; Family Support Coordinators help families determine the services most appropriate for their needs.Home and Community Based Services Waiver provides funding for community habilitation, day habilitation and hourly respite. Each participant has an assigned provider to help them become more independent and active in their community.Also, offers sliding fee scale reimbursement for respite services to provide a break for care-givers.
