Offers an eight-bed coed community residence for youth ages 12 to 17 years, who are ready to transition from a residential treatment facility or psychiatric hospital, or who are unable to live at home due to ongoing emotional-mental issues.
Offers therapeutic community based residential treatment for youth. Services include medical/dental care, individual, group and family therapy, substance abuse risk assessment and counseling. Each youth has an individualized care plan and addresses academic needs, mental health needs, substance abuse needs and skills necessary to work toward self sufficiency. Each of the homes are supervised 24 hours per day and the staff includes MSW's, Residential Counselors and Bachelor's level professionals. There is currently one adolescent boys home and one adolescent girls home.

Offers a co-ed group home that provides long-term residential placement to adolescents ages 12 to 21 years old in the care of and custody of a county Department of Social Services. Programs provided include assessment, case management, individual and family counseling, outreach services, medical services, special education, coordination with public schools, recreational therapy, emergency placement, independent living skills training, transportation, discharge planning, and transitional support.
Foster parent must be at least 21 yrs, pass background check, receive ongoing training and support. Foster parent receives daily stipend; clothing allowance; and medical, dental, and orthodontic coverage for children in their home. Can be matched with children ranging from birth through age 21 yrs, including pregnant teens.

Provides housing for youth ages 14 to 21 years in a group home setting. Offers weekly individual, group, and family therapy to assist with anger control, substance use, and sexual offending.

Psychological assessments such as evaluations, psychosocial assessments, I.Q. testing, emergency evaluations, medication reviews, and assessment of behavioral interventions are also provided.
The goal of the Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) is to provide each youth with an opportunity to strengthen their ability for close interpersonal relationships within a home setting and a neighborhood; to develop skills for independent living and to survive the adolescent identity crisis with people who are able to provide more intensive help when it is needed.

Provides residential care for young people ages 10-24 who are troubled, abused or neglected or come from troubled families and are in need of a therapeutic environment.
Offers a therapeutic community for 170 children of normal intelligence, who because of severe emotional and family problems, require residential treatment. Children receive special education in small classes on campus, and an opportunity for off-grounds education where appropriate supervised cottage group living independent living skills preparation individual, family and group therapy. All facilities for physical, mental and emotional growth in an open setting.

Community based group home with family-style living primarily for boys, ages 13-20, experiencing emotional, educational, and/or behavioral challenges. Children attend public school, may work in the community, and participate in school and community activities.
The Morey House Group Home, certified by the Office of Child and Family Services, is an eight bed group home program that provides community based group living care and treatment for boys 14-21 years of age who exhibit severe emotional disturbance and are experiencing difficulties in their family, school, and community. The goal of the program is to teach the youth skills needed to return home to their family or another permanent family situation, or if that is not possible, to prepare them for an independent living situation.

Lee Randall Jones Community Residence, certified by the Office of Mental Health, is an eight bed residence located in Cheektowaga. The Community Residence provides services to children ages 5-14 with a primary psychiatric disability that does not require acute care but may still need the structure and support of this community based program. The program provides 24-hour supervision paired with community-based medical, recreational, and psychiatric services that may continue once the child is discharged home.
