Offers an alternative to incarceration for youth who are at risk at entering the criminal justice system as offenders. At risk youth are given an idea of what it is really like to be locked up. The program also includes topics of self worth, peer pressures, drug abuse, group association, impulsive behavior and the benefits of patience and perseverance. The goal is of deterring youth from entering the criminal justice system.

Teaches children, in grades K-3, character education and social skills through directed lessons, songs, multi-cultural puppets, stories and activities. Cultural diversity, anger management, conflict resolution, strategies for dealing with bullies and the understanding of emotions are some of the issues that are addressed.
