Loan programs and Cottage Industry Assistance Program target low to moderate income existing and prospective individuals. Chautauqua Microenterprise Loan Fund and the Women and Minority Microenterprise Loan Fund Programs help small businesses by providing small business start up and expansion loans. The small business incubator offers small businesses an opportunity to grow and stabilize with subsidies around rent, business services, and technical assistance. Program site serves as a Warming Center during times of excessive cold and as a Cooling Center during times of excessive heat. Offers health screenings, health education programs and other wellness-related activities that focus on preventing or managing chronic diseases and injuries among the growing population of older adults in the community. The goal is for participants to improve their overall health and well being through increased knowledge. Provides Disability Awareness Training for first responders to help them serve individuals with disabilities.

Offers individual, family and group counseling, behavior management as well as information and referral for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism and their families. A therapeutic, adult, social, and recreational club meet weekly to work on goals that include increasing socialization and self-advocacy skills. Also provide a transition program for adolescents going to adulthood, including case management for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Offers an alternative to incarceration for youth who are at risk at entering the criminal justice system as offenders. At risk youth are given an idea of what it is really like to be locked up. The program also includes topics of self worth, peer pressures, drug abuse, group association, impulsive behavior and the benefits of patience and perseverance. The goal is of deterring youth from entering the criminal justice system.

Adventure Based Counseling (ABC) is a group oriented program that helps participants learn to increase self-awareness, accept responsibility for their choices, and connect with others. These outcomes offer a unique opportunity to help adolescents achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.
