* Offers educational day program for students with complex or multiple disabilities that cannot be served in any other settings, includes Preschool and School Age, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, major physical, neurological, sensory, health and complex behavior disorders.* Provides comprehensive therapeutic services including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavior Therapy, and Music Therapy.* Provides Nursing, Social Work, Vision services, Health Homes Program, and Transition Program.* Offers residential services.* Volunteer opportunities.

Assists homeless adults and families who reside in a shelter and have some income from employment or who have a work history or work skills. Provides independent living skills training, housing location assistance, linkage to mainstream resources, and financial assistance for housing for up to 24 months to help participants transition from homelessness to independent living.

Brings together health care and health care related organizations to share information, conduct assessments, develop plans and fund projects to address health education and awareness.

Provides informational materials related to problems surrounding epilepsy, its causes, warning signs, and means of dealing with problems caused by epilepsy.

Self-esteem and vocational workshops, including stress management, assertiveness, parenting, communication skills, interviewing, maintaining a job, resume writing, etc. The goal is to assist low-income individuals to become self-sufficient by raising their self-esteem and employability. It includes job search assistance.

Provides students with a wide range of FREE enrichment activities, workforce readiness opportunities, and academic support that enhance their overall educational experience, and build skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the modern world.

Teen Leadership Rockland is a leadership development program for sophomore level high school students. The program connects students with leadership potential with peers and community leaders through interactive seminars.

Provides a not-for-profit, full-service speech and hearing center. We provide speech, language, and hearing evaluations and therapy to individuals and groups of all ages and all types of communication disorders. The HY Weinberg Center for Communication Disorders provides speech-language evaluations and intervention in-person and remotely, via telepractice. Speech/Language services include: Comprehensive Speech/Language; Evaluations; Individual and Group Therapy and Parent/Family Education. Hearing services include: Complete Audiological Evaluations; Hearing Aid Evaluations; Fitting and Dispensing of Hearing Aids; Immittance Testing; Central Auditory Testing; Auditory Brainstem Response Testing (ABR); Otoacoustic Emissions Testing and Aural Rehabilitation. Group programs include: TOTalk; KIDTalk; PreRead; Social Communication Groups; Accent Modification/English Conversation Group; Adult Communication Group and Transgender Voice Group. Most services are provided free of charge with a nominal administrative fee per semester. Call for detailed information regarding each service offered.

Provides reference, information and referral services and reader's advisory. Programs and services include but are not limited to book discussions, game clubs, films, cooking, author lecture series, computers, French conversation groups, online book club and yoga.

Offers individual, family and group counseling, behavior management as well as information and referral for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism and their families. A therapeutic, adult, social, and recreational club meet weekly to work on goals that include increasing socialization and self-advocacy skills. Also provide a transition program for adolescents going to adulthood, including case management for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

We offer IEP-based speech and language services including evaluations, individual and group therapy and consultation with treatment team members and family. Evaluations include full Augmentative Alternative Communication Evaluations to secure speech generating devices. We serve adult participants though our Article 16 Clinic. Speech-language services are designed to optimize an individuals, ability to communicate and swallow, theropy improving quality of life. SLPs develop and implement treatment to address the presenting symptoms or concerns of a communication problem or related functional issue, Our most common targets are receptive language, expressive language (verbal, SGD, PECS or sign) and pragmatic language skills. The ultimate goal of therapy is to improve and individual's functional outcomes. All services are provided NYS licensed speech-language pathologists who hold certification by the American Speech-Language hearing association.

Services are designed to meet the needs and interests of older adults, including Medicare Counseling Service and Homebound Service. Also offers AARP programs and Blood Pressure Screening.

Provides reference, information and referral, Readers' Advisory, and Ask A Librarian. Offers Defensive Driving, Blood Pressure Screening, and programs which may include computer instruction, arts and crafts, and book discussions.

Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Readers Advisory, public computer stations and wireless internet access. Offers a wide range of programs which may include cooking classes, computer classes, defensive driving, genealogy programs, arts and crafts, reading clubs, performances and music programs.

Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Reader's Advisory, E-Reference and Live Librarian. Programs include book discussions and may include computer instruction.

The PRC offers a variety of free parenting classes.

Offers physical fitness activities for both adults and kids (basketball, soccer, flag football, Swimming, and more), as well as leadership development, active older adult’s programs and trips, exercise classes (yoga, cardio, strength training, water exercise), summer camps, before and after school child care, preschool programs, teen program including activity center, home school physical education, and various health and wellness programs. Off-site swimming pool offers open swim year-round, lap and family swims, lifeguard training, and swim lessons.

Offers a youth group and anger management classes to children that are at risk youth and either involved with probation, the Department of Social Services (DSS), counselors, or mental health.
