Ongoing classes at Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center, childbirth education for the whole family, lactation consultation, mom to mom breastfeeding support groups, a donor milk drop off program and milk bank depot, prenatal breastfeeding classes and postpartum support groups.
These classes provide education to individuals who are pregnant, or parenting children who are 5 years of age and younger Pregnancy and Parenting Teen & Young Adults Case management, education, counseling and mentoring with the many challenges of parenthood. Services are available to individuals 20 years and younger who are pregnant/parenting and teens that are at risk for becoming pregnant.

The Parent Network of the Capital Region is one of thirteen parent centers in the State funded by the State Education Department. It provides training and support to families who have school age children with disabilities. The mission is to provide parents with the knowledge, skills, and resources to facilitate productive relationships with their school districts ensuring an appropriate education for their child. These services are offered free of charge.
