This three hour program provides expectant women and their coaches (husband, boyfriend, mother, friend, etc.) with infant care education. Family Resource Centers offer free parenting courses open to the public, using the Nurturing Parenting curriculum.
Provides information and referrals helpline, around the clock, in English, Spanish and other languages, for pregnant women and new parents, who need information on health insurance, and on a variety of health topics. Also available is Text4baby, which sends free text messages each week, timed to the due date or babyâs date of birth, to help women through their pregnancy and the baby's first year.
