Safe, temporary shelter, advocacy, safety planning assistance, supportive counseling, survivors support group, children's group, and educational presentations. Assistance applying for financial assistance to help with medical bills, lost wages, and counseling expenses related to the crime through the Victim Compensation Claims Assistance. Helps victims navigate the legal system through Court Advocacy/Victim Assistance.

Provides supervised visitation for parents and family members who have either mutually agreed to supervised visitation or been court ordered. Works with parents or family members towards the goal of unsupervised visitation.

Assists families with creating and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for family visits.

Services include: assessment of parenting needs and individualized goals, fully and partially supervised visitation, and check-ins during unsupervised visits, coached family visits, pre-visit consultation and debriefs following visits.

Staff members work with both parents to help them reach their goals and promote positive parenting interactions.

Provides play-based learning opportunities to families. Includes creative play such as dress-up, play dough, painting, and building blocks; and a gym at HFRC for more physical play featuring climbing structures, basketball, and riding toys where children can develop school readiness skills.
