* Provides specialized clinical and interpreter health care programs for individuals from Southeast Asia, Russia, Ukraine, Somalia, and Vietnam. Services available at all Anthony Jordan Health Center locations. However, only Brown Square Health Center currently offers live interpreter services.

Provides professional sign language interpreters to meet the needs of persons with hearing impairments, whether social, medical, emergency, business, etc. Provides educational workshops to explain role of "professional interpreter" and concerns or issues related to hearing loss.We accept requests through phone, fax, email or mail. Please give as much notice as possible to allow STIC to get the most qualified interpreter available within the area. We highly suggest that you request an interpreter at least 10 days in advance. At times last minute requests and emergencies can be accommodated but due to the high volume of requests there is no guarantee.

Provides sign language interpreters for a wide variety of services including: doctor appointments, church, meetings, trainings, etc. Interpreters are to be provided free of charge to the person with the disability. * Offers audio-described performances by a live narrator for patrons who are blind or visually impaired the third Sunday matinee performance of every Wilson Stage production.* The pre-performance description of sets and costumes begins after Prologue, at approximately 20 minutes prior to curtain, and visual details are verbalized during the performance.* Audio-description receivers and Braille programs are available in the lobby.* When bringing your guide dog to the theatre, please inform the box office and request an aisle or front row seat so that we can make appropriate seating accommodations.
