Christmas Season of 2024:

Operates an Adopt-a-Family program for the Christmas holidays to provide holiday gifts to eligible individuals and families with children up to the age of 18. Call 518-943-9205 to register or go to http://www.cagcny.org to apply by December 9th.

Angel Tree Holiday Program for children ages 0 - 18 years old (must be in school).Proof of address, proof of household income and ID for everyone in home
Giac's annual holiday "giving tree" provides gifts for children and teens participating in GIAC programs. Donors choose a tag from the tree with a child's age and gender; purchase a gift and bringing the unwrapped item to GIAC by a specified date.

Provides groceries to income qualified individuals and families. Emergency supplies are always available to anyone, regardless of income, by appointment. Distributes holiday food baskets and gifts to eligible individuals and families.

Offers turkey or chicken for Thanksgiving (first come first served). For Christmas, we have a toy wish list for children where they specify what they want for Christmas. Registration for these programs is available in person or online. Does not accept phone registration.

Member of the WNY Holiday Partnership which provides toys and gifts to low income families for the winter holidays. Gifts are pre-bagged. Gifts will not be distributed in time for Christmas; they are distributed at a Three Kings Day celebration on January 4th, 2025, at the Agustin Pucho Olivencia Community Center at 261 Swan Street, *not* at the Belle Center where applications were accepted.
Provides emergency food to needy families in the Lindenhurst community only. Also provides unlimited Community Suppers Program on Fridays, 5pm-6pm seating to anyone in need. Please use the Dover Street entrance. Offers Thanksgiving meal & Christmas toys.
