The Caregiver Resource Center is a “one stop” service point addressing problems facing caregivers by offering information, training and support to caregivers of the elderly. The center works closely with other County and non-profit agencies to make the service network more accessible and responsive to caregivers.

Your link to long term services and supports in the community; personal care services, health and wellness, behavioral health supports and services, intellectual/developmental disability supports and services. Can provide information, assistance and referrals for anyone who needs it, regardless of age. Can help you find care and support, remain independent, understand your options, find transportation, get answers about Medicare and benefit programs.

Advocate for an enhanced quality of life and independence of persons with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities.

Program obtains non-medical in home services including respite, emergency response systems and personal care aides.

The program provides information about resources for respite care or day care providers and recreational activities for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Also offers reimbursement and assistance in finding respite or daycare.

Provides assistance for individuals caring for someone ages 60 years and older with significant impairments of daily living. Services include counseling, training, information and assistance, support groups, and respite care. Materials/videos are available to borrow from the Caregiver's Resource Center.
