Offers an early intervention and family strengthening program, facilitated by community professionals and FAST parent graduates, to families within the Longwood School District. Assists in building family and community relationships, fosters self-esteem, teaches effective parenting strategies and addresses issues such as school failure, alcohol/drug abuse, violence, delinquency, child abuse and neglect. This program is offered in partnership with the Elmira School District, Chemung County Children's Integrated Services (CIS) and Chemung County.

Provides a clinical school based program that offers comprehensive mental health treatment for children and their families.

Admin staff will answer phones Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. * Works with students, their families, the school, and community resources to enhance the ability of students with emotional health challenges to be successful in a school setting. Involves a collaboration between school staff and mental health professionals, and serves students who are at high risk.

Program works in partnership with the school and the school district. Provides extensive, customized professional development and more on-the-ground support for its partners than other whole school reform intermediaries provide, and is designed to deliver sustainable outcomes. ISA has two small learning communities within Wyandanch High School, designated the Junior Academy and the Senior Academy. Call for further information.

Provides students, ages 16-21, who have been identified as having needs not being met in current school programs in our region. The program will be located in local area high schools and/or BOCES programs and offers our “at risk” students an opportunity to address individual and family issues that are currently hampering their progress toward a New York State diploma. The program will continue to offer academic education at a commencement level, development of transition skills, and development of social skills designed to foster improved functioning in a school setting. The Regional Alternative High School Program is also offering placement to students that have been suspended or are awaiting an out of district placement, as well as offering students the option to attend for credit recovery and test preparation for state assessments. The Regional Alternative High School is also offering placement to students who are English Language Learners. Students enrolled in this program will have a daily schedule that consists of four hour departmentalized format. Instruction takes place in “blocks” focusing on two core subjects (ELA and Math), and includes a daily CTE component.
