Treatment Program | CASA-Trinity of Chemung County

Offers an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents that want to overcome substance use disorders including chemical use and dependency, as well as internet addiction and gambling addiction. Provides evaluations/assessments, group therapy, individual counseling, case management, consultations, toxicology screenings, community referrals, follow-up care/transitional services, family counseling, and relapse prevention groups. Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) is also available for alcohol, opiate (synthetic or heroin), and/or nicotine dependence.
