Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Provides health care tasks, activities of daily living including personal hygiene services, housekeeping tasks essential to the patient's health and other related supportive services. Companion/Homemaker - A program that provides assistance with house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, reading, conversation, grocery shopping, prescription pick-ups and errands. Private Pay Care - Private Pay Care encompasses any of the above services. Contact office for private pay rates if not contracted with your insurance company. Skilled Nursing - Provides skilled nursing services such as medication management, diabetic management, wound changes, catheter care, injections. Vary depending on agency availability.

CDPAP allows people with disabilities or serious medical illness the opportunity to gain more control over their personal services. Participants are able to screen, interview, hire, train, supervise and dismiss their own Personal Assistant (PA).
