The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

Eddy DayBreak is an innovative adult day service that helps improve quality of life for adults who still live independently, or are being cared for by family members. Offering supervision and/or assistance with personal and/or medical care, Eddy DayBreak programs provide caregivers relief from at-home caregiving, allowing them to fulfill work or other obligations. Round-trip transportation is available and participants may attend up to five days a week. Eddy DayBreak programs include medical, social and dementia-specific models.

Adult Day Programs offer a full range of health and social services to help older adults with physical, emotional, or mental impairments, or who require supervision and/or medical care. Services enable older adults to remain independent for as long as possible, while allowing caregivers relief from the responsibilities of at-home care giving so they can fulfill work or other obligations. Provides 24 hour nursing care and a complete program of appropriate care to meet the total needs of each individual resident. Emphasis is also placed on resident's psychological, emotional and spiritual needs.

Provides medical, rehabilitation, nursing and socialization services for adults who live at home. Community physicians, with the help of the staff, provide chronic disease management, wound care, therapy, recreation therapy, and diet/weight management programs one to five days each week.
