Provides primary care and emergency services for veterans. Inpatient and outpatient treatment includes evaluation, treatment, medical, surgical, psychiatry, neurology and rehabilitation medicine. Round-trip transportation is available and participants may attend up to five days a week. Eddy DayBreak programs include medical, social and dementia-specific models.
