The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

Provides assistance to help older adults ages 60 and older who are not Medicaid eligible and their families delay or avert costly and premature placement in nursing facilities.
