Adult Medical Day Care Program provides adult day care and respite services. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at the Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus.

Offers several clubhouse-like day centers for legally blind persons age 55 and older. Seniors receive special counseling and training, including updates on Social Security, Medicaid/Medicare, and nutrition. Members make friends and join in arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, luncheons, and trips to shows and museums.

Offers a social model program for frail or isolated seniors, or those with memory loss, Alzheimer's or dementia that need monitoring and structured programming. The program includes wide range of therapeutic and recreational activities, meals, outings, and assistance with daily living skills.

Provides instruction for adults with developmental disabilities and autism and other severe behavioral impairments in areas including: use of community resources, communication and socialization, health care, vocational education, personal adjustment and independent living skills, and leisure activities. Other services include crisis intervention for families, pre-vocational services, supported employment, respite and recreational programs. Year round.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

* Offers day habilitation services. Social and recreational activities, while receiving assistance with personal care and other areas of need. Individuals work toward goals and objectives that are derived from their valued outcomes.* Provides at-home assistance to individuals to help them become increasingly independent and able to live in the least restrictive environment possible.* Offers weekday and weekend respite. Weekend Respite provides an opportunity to socialize and enjoy a variety of recreational activities. Assistance with personal care, meal times, medication and other areas of need.* Cayuga Centers is granted funding to assist families with costs of goods or services directly related to the care of a family member with a developmental disability.

Provides an intergenerational program with compassionate, person-centered care ans supervision for frail older adults living with both physical and/or cognitive impairments during the day. Services include social and recreational activities, training for sustaining activities of daily living and meals/snacks, along with caregiver support and case management services. Also offers an evening program, twice a week for adults who are newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia.

Offers assistance to those who would like to continue living at home. Provides high quality social, nutritional, and daily living services in a safe, supportive and stimulating environment. Optional services include transportation, showering and a barber/beauty shop.

Provides an adult day program for those who need some supervision during the day due to age, illness or disability. Services include nursing care, rehabilitation therapy, social recreation, transportation and two meals.

Exercise classes are conducted throughout the week. Exercise equipment is available daily Monday-Friday.

Provides a safe, caring, stimulating environment for seniors who are not as independent as they once were or who have decreased physical or mental functioning yet do not require home or day health care or residential placement. Individual may require minimal assistance with daily activities such as eating, mobility, toileting, and showering. May also need companionship and socialization. Appointment required. Transportation required.

Provides companionship and stimulation for the frail elderly and Alzheimer's participants as well as respite, information, referrals and support groups for caregivers. A continental breakfast and hot lunch are served daily. Call for more information.
