Allows ABI survivors to explore their capacity for learning within a member-driven environment that offers a variety of activities and supports, such as creative writing, memory-enhancement activities, and music and art programs.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

Provide oversight and supervision that includes assistance with activities of daily living such as skill building and memory impairment exercises. Meals are included and transportation assistance. Various activities such as art classes and cognitive skill building.
Provides an alternative program for adults 18 and over who have a primary diagnosis of developmental disability and eligible for OPWDD services. There is a special focus on community integration which is directed by the participants in the program. Participants engage in various sessions, workshops, outreach projects and community outings; working on individual goals and routines to enhance their quality of life.
