Adult Medical Day Care Program provides adult day care and respite services. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at the Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus.

Offers health care services including, nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapies, therapeutic recreation programs, nutritious noontime meals and snacks, social work counseling and therapeutic exercise, wellness programs. Provide elderly or disabled persons who are unable to stay by themselves during the day a place to go, where they can receive compassionate care, as well as encouragement and participation in activities.

Social adult day care program for physically and/or mentally impaired adults that offers support, supervision, stimulation, and socialization for clients, along with respite and support for caregivers. Offers recreational and inter-generational activities with support staff from Kaleida Health System. Also offers personal care (including shower and beauty salon services), lunch and snacks, case management, and family support groups.

Provides a specialized day program for those with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia related memory loss. Programming includes socialization, case management, nutrition, transportation, recreation, and community involvement. Helps older adults to remain at home and gives caregivers time away from caregiving to help them do whatever they need to do, whether that be running errands, attending appointments, or going to work. Provides individualized services and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and their families. Allows ABI survivors to explore their capacity for learning within a member-driven environment that offers a variety of activities and supports, such as creative writing, memory-enhancement activities, and music and art programs.

Provides personal care services including health and medical care, case management, health assessment, physical rehabilitation therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nutritional education as well as activity programs throughout the day.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

* Provides services and programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other challenges, such as: Aging Services for all populations. Broker services. Respite. Residential habilitation. Independent living skill training. Day services. Recreation services for children. Supported employment and placement services. Residential services. Vocational training. Autism Services at The Arc Ontario. Bus transportation for participants and the general public. Pet Connections - a training for individuals interested in training their dogs to be therapy dogs.

This rehabilitation and day health care program offers short-term rehabilitation, inpatient, and outpatient therapy.

Offers elderly or severely disabled individuals residing at home a day program providing nursing and medical care, case/care management and recreation. Services include access to a variety of medical specialists (dentist, podiatrist, audiologist, therapists), and individualized nursing care for a wide range of medical conditions associated with chronic illness and aging including Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes and Parkinson's Disease. Program attendance is based on individual needs. Transportation to and from the Center is available.

A program that provides supplementary nutrition in the form of healthy meals and snacks for preschool and school-age children and adults receiving day care. Licensed child care centers, Head Start programs, family day care homes, adult day care centers and homeless shelters serving families are eligible to participate and are reimbursed for a portion of the meals served. In the United States, the program is administered at the federal level by the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Exercise classes are conducted throughout the week. Exercise equipment is available daily Monday-Friday.

Provides a safe, caring, stimulating environment for seniors who are not as independent as they once were or who have decreased physical or mental functioning yet do not require home or day health care or residential placement. Individual may require minimal assistance with daily activities such as eating, mobility, toileting, and showering. May also need companionship and socialization. Appointment required.
