Specialized day program for persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

Social adult day care program for physically and/or mentally impaired adults that offers support, supervision, stimulation, and socialization for clients, along with respite and support for caregivers. Offers recreational and inter-generational activities with support staff from Kaleida Health System. Also offers personal care (including shower and beauty salon services), lunch and snacks, case management, and family support groups.

Offers a variety of activities for seniors in the community, such as aerobics, refreshments, arts and crafts, guest speakers, workshops, cards, bingo, games, and more.

Offers several clubhouse-like day centers for legally blind persons age 55 and older. Seniors receive special counseling and training, including updates on Social Security, Medicaid/Medicare, and nutrition. Members make friends and join in arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, luncheons, and trips to shows and museums.

Medical model adult daycare program for older adults in need of daily supervision and health services.

Provide elderly or disabled persons who are unable to stay by themselves during the day a place to go, where they can receive compassionate care, as well as encouragement and participation in activities.

Services include social interaction, meals, intergenerational activities, gardening, crafts, entertainment, and personal care.

Social model adult day services. Provides assistance with personal care, nutrition services, transportation and escort services, case management, and structured activity program.

Day program for older adults and adults with developmental disabilities. Provides socialization, community involvement, nutritional program, transportation, recreation, and case management. Helps older adults and adults with developmental disabilities remain at home and gives caregivers time away from caregiving to help them do whatever they need to do, whether that be running errands, attending appointments, or going to work. Respite services are also offered at this location; clients can select which days and times to attend.

* Provides Veteran patients with general health care and social needs to allow them to continue living at home or with family. Services include: Therapeutic exercise. Recreational activities. Health education & medication management. Meals. Care for patients with dementia. Support and information for family caregivers.

Provides day care services for elderly and disabled adults.

Individuals work toward goals and objectives that are derived from their valued outcomes.* Provides at-home assistance to individuals to help them become increasingly independent and able to live in the least restrictive environment possible.* Offers weekday and weekend respite. Weekend Respite provides an opportunity to socialize and enjoy a variety of recreational activities. Assistance with personal care, meal times, medication and other areas of need.* Cayuga Centers is granted funding to assist families with costs of goods or services directly related to the care of a family member with a developmental disability.

Provides individualized services and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and their families. Allows ABI survivors to explore their capacity for learning within a member-driven environment that offers a variety of activities and supports, such as creative writing, memory-enhancement activities, and music and art programs.

Offers adult day care programs which include dietary evaluation, continental breakfast, lunch, occupational and physical therapy, social work, pharmaceutical, dental, podiatry services, audiology, psychological services, ophathalmology, and door to door transport in handicapped accessible vehicles.
