Allows ABI survivors to explore their capacity for learning within a member-driven environment that offers a variety of activities and supports, such as creative writing, memory-enhancement activities, and music and art programs.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

Provides social and recreational activities, entertainment, trips and speakers. Meals on Wheels senior activity centers are located in Nanuet, Nyack, New City. Transportation and a hot nutritious lunch are provided.

Provides individual and group therapeutic recreation which enhance and individual's intellectual, physical, spiritual, social and emotional well being through therapeutic and stimulating activities to foster social interaction and enjoyment. Activities include trips, monthly parties, table games and painting. We offer medical assistance, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a social worker who can help with all concierge services. Transportation is provided to and from program.

Provides a skilled nursing facility to care for older adults needing round-the-clock care, including a special care unit for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia. Respite care individuals requiring continuous care for short periods of time. Also offers hospice care for those who are dying or at end-stage of illness.

Offers a lunch meal, during the week, for seniors in community, giving them an opportunity to socialize and get a nutritious meal.

Offers respite or short-term stays for families or caregivers of Alzheimer's patients who need a break or take time for a vacation or do other things.

Medical model adult daycare program for older adults in need of daily supervision and health services.

Offers a social model program for frail or isolated seniors, or those with memory loss, Alzheimer's or dementia that need monitoring and structured programming. The program includes wide range of therapeutic and recreational activities, meals, outings, and assistance with daily living skills.

Provides instruction for adults with developmental disabilities and autism and other severe behavioral impairments in areas including: use of community resources, communication and socialization, health care, vocational education, personal adjustment and independent living skills, and leisure activities. Other services include crisis intervention for families, pre-vocational services, supported employment, respite and recreational programs. Year round.

Offers a variety of social and recreational activities geared for those who have suffered a stroke or have physical disabilities. Activities include games, discussions, creative activities, holiday activities, picnics, group speech therapy or individual computer programs to improve language skills, seated physical exercise, guest speakers, field trips, dance and musical events. Seniors receive special counseling and training, including updates on Social Security, Medicaid/Medicare, and nutrition. Provides a social day care program for the frail elderly, including transportation within our catchment area, hot meal, blood pressure screening, recreation, arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise therapy, trips, outings, and parties. Serves frail, elderly, at-risk or isolated persons over age of 60 with one or more physical or mental deficits who are continent, able to feed and toilet themselves and work in a group.

Offers socialization, recreation and a nutritious meal.

Provides supervised, meaningful day activities for frail elderly people who may be suffering from Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.
