Offers a variety of social and recreational activities geared for those who have suffered a stroke or have physical disabilities. Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center and Eddy Alzheimer's Center at Hawthorne Ridge are the only medical model adult day services in the Capital Region designed specifically for older adults with memory loss who are still living in their own homes or in the community with caregivers. Adult Day Programs offer a full range of health and social services to help older adults with physical, emotional, or mental impairments, or who require supervision and/or medical care. Services enable older adults to remain independent for as long as possible, while allowing caregivers relief from the responsibilities of at-home care giving so they can fulfill work or other obligations. Transportation is provided in geographic area. Lunch and snacks are also provided for participants.

Starting with the individual's strengths and interests and emphasizing personal choice, The Arc Otsego offers comprehensive network of community-based programs and services that encourage individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Assisst with medicaid service coordination, obtaining respite services, skill training assistance, environmental modifications, adaptive technologies and guardianship.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.
Offers assistance to those who would like to continue living at home. Provides high quality social, nutritional, and daily living services in a safe, supportive and stimulating environment. Optional services include transportation, showering and a barber/beauty shop.

Medical Adult Day Health Care Program that services people who are visually impaired and medically compromised. Meals provided. Transportation is arranged. Provides case management, both medical and social for participants. Clinical services available to participants may include: audiology (referral basis), referral to dentist and podiatry, RNs on staff, and registered dietician. Occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech language pathology are provided. Social worker on staff. Vision rehabilitation and training provided. Teaches skills for daily living for people who are visually impaired, such as adaptive handling of money, Braille, food preparation (peeling, slicing), mobility training, and safe use of stairs. Recreation therapy provided; includes crafting, outings, discussion groups, exercise, special events and entertainment, religious activities, and cooking groups.
