Services include consultations, home studies, workshops, annual conference, support groups and newsletters. Also offers special programs serving families in the Jewish community.

Certifies adoptive homes that will provide a stable, safe, loving and positive home environment for children. Program offers: recruitment, orientations, training, home study evaluation, pre/post placement services, advocacy and parent/peer support groups.

Operates national adoption agency devoted to recruiting, training, and certifying families for youth 7-17 years old, as well as special needs youth who need permanent families. Offers pre and post adoption support services. After certifying the family, a nationwide search is done for a child who fits one's family best.
