Offers senior citizens age sixty or older free matching service with older pets (cats and small dogs over five, large dogs over three). This program is designed to help those who have fallen on hard times or need assistance caring for their pets. To be considered for these services, you will be asked to prove your qualification status.

Provides education for public awareness of the humane treatment and care of all animals and the specific responsibilities of companion animal guardianship. Provides spay/neuter, rabies vaccination and other clinics. Provides a facility to house stray and unwanted animals in a manner which shall sustain their health and welfare.
