LI Cares also operates a Mobile Pantry which delivers nutritious groceries to homebound, disabled veterans unable to access their local pantries.

PHS works with Putnam CAP and other groups to help those who are having a difficult time taking care of their pets. When we can help we do.
Our pet food pantry (including kitty litter) is available to those in our community who need it. Call the shelter at 518-891-0017 if you need assistance and we will schedule a time for you to pick up supplies.
Provides pet food to pet owners in need. Supply and quantities vary but may include dog, cat, puppy, and kitten food as well as cat litter and treats. Food is intended for periodic assistance only. Partners with the Salvation Army Food Bank in Jamestown, making clients of the Food Bank eligible to receive pet food once a month as part of their regular food assistance, as available.

* Operates an emergency food pantry. After phone interview, eligible individuals may visit the pantry to select their food. Delivery is available for those who are ill or who lack transportation. Food available includes a variety of canned and shelf staple foods, cereal, fresh eggs, frozen meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as pet food. Can also offer diapers and baby formula to recipients of emergency food. Thanksgiving food gift cards during holiday season for clients only.

The FCC Food Pantry provides the ability to choose the items they and their families need. Open to Saratoga County residents in need, we offer a wide selection of fresh fruits and veggies, dairy, canned goods, and personal hygiene items. Local farmers and farms bring fresh, local produce to clients, maximizing both the sustainability of the organization and the health of the community.

Assists individuals and families once every month by providing enough food for 3 days. Offers diapers, pet food, household cleaning supplies, and toiletries when available.
