Provides pre-employment, employment placement, and post-placement services. Services include World of Work orientation, weekly job club, contextualized English Classes with industry-specific training, one-on-one remote ESL classes, resume preparation, interview skills training, job placement, follow-up, and advocacy. Also links clients to jobs and provides post-employment advocacy with ongoing services once a client is placed.

Provides quality job training and employment services leading to gainful employment and livable wages for individuals who are unemployed or underemployed farmworkers. Farmworkers enrolled in the program also benefit from the following services: - Emergency Assistance and Funds - Referral Assistance - Food Pantry and Nutrition Services - Emergency Housing and Utility Assistance - Emergency Transportation - English as a Second Language - Books and Supplies for Education - Clothing and Tools for Employment

Provides employment and transitional support services to guide and support refugees and immigrants toward economic self-sufficiency, and also to teach skills and foster the ability to be independent. Services include but are not limited to: - Assistance with job searching - Direct job placements when available - Job readiness - Transportation planning - Overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers to employment

Provides assistance to adult refugees in educational, social, and occupational service areas to help promote successful community engagement and self-sufficiency. Specific activities include ENL instruction at all levels from pre-literate to advanced, family literacy, employment preparation, job placement assistance and job training, transitional support services, and social adjustment.

Supports the employability of those with refugee, asylee, or temporary protected status. The program focuses on employability and transitional support to life in the U.S.

Offers additional case management services focused on employment and assists refugees to help them obtain gainful employment in their communities. Employment services include an introductory instruction about the American workplace, job searching, and assistance with completing job applications and interviews.

Offers support to adults over the age of 17 that are becoming emergent bilinguals to enhance literacy and language skills for career exploration, translation of foreign credentials, resume development, and assists with creating cover letters, preparing for job interviews, and and applying for jobs.
